During a long cross country trip we needed to stop for lunch and just by accident found this place. What a delight, Friendly service. Bright cheery atmosphere. And great food. Delicious sandwiches, well presented. Fresh ingredients. And don't miss all the incredible baked goodies.
Cakes are always good here, but the younger gal there isn't as aware as the other employees. Her fingers touched the cake before she even began cutting then her fingers danced on my slice. I didn't say anything, but please wear gloves if you're not capable of slicing the cake without touching it. You're handling money and a cash register.
The rolls of course are delicious! The chicken rice soup - ?. It was green in color and had a distinct sour taste!!

Our family of 13 enjoyed our Christmas lunch/get together today at Dumplin’s. The food, including desserts, was delicious! Our server, Abagayle, was remarkable! She was friendly and attentive to our group! All orders arrived correctly and she made sure to keep our tea glasses filled during our visit. Dumplin’s was kind enough to let us sit and visit with our family for a while after we finished eating. Thank you for the great food and providing an area large enough to accommodate the group. Merry Christmas to the Dumplin’s staff!
Every time we visit Jackson TN we have to stop at Dumplin's, they have the best dessert's, we go to buy a couple of slices of cake, but there's alot of varieties to choose from it's so delicious you might Leave out with several different slices or a whole cake, either one will be fine..... See for yourself.
Went to Dumplings last Thursday evening to eat. Ordered the dumplings and they were the worst I have ever had. The dumplings themselves were nothing but a blob of dough that were not done on the inside and hard. The chicken seemed more like canned chicken and not the good old whole chicken cooked in broth and then pulled apart. I have had better chicken and dumplings out of a can. We did complain and they were nice enough to not charge of for the meal. I have been there for other times and the food was good. Just don’t order the chicken and dumplings.
While visiting Jackson for a family event we stopped in at Dumplins Bistro and man was it spot on. The service was quick and efficient and the food was brought to our table quickly. Their lunch specials are wonderful. I had the Three Cheese Quiche and my wife had the Roast Beef Sandwich. Both meals ere spot on. We also decided on Potato Soup vs a salad and oh my, highly recommend the soup. If we are ever back in Jackson we will certainly stop in and grab a bite and so should you.
Nice ambiance...GREAT FOOD...GREAT SERVICE...make sure you save room for dessert!!!
The “man” at register was rude. Good was bland but I guess that goes with the customer service. I wouldn’t recommend to tigers and won’t be back.Left a bad taste in my mouth all around. Do better.
