Very poor service. If this place had a rush they would not know what to do. Coffee served cold, no silverware, untoasted English muffins with no butter after we asked specifically for WELL toasted with butter. No silverware,no working salt shakers even after going from table to table. But the worst about this awful experience was when we were in line to pay our bill,two parties before us waiting to be seated, the staff were busy taking pictures of each other with their phones actually standing on the booth seat and posing while we all waited at the register. You can't make this stuff up. Sadly this was my last visit to Dennys.

My sister and I drove 10 hours from out of state for her truck driving job and reserved a parking spot at pilot. Parking was easy and the staff is polite. We were excited to eat at this Denny’s. We arrived at about 10:00 PM yesterday and waited 25 minutes to be seated before a worker came and told us that due to the company cutting his pay from $20 an hour to $13 an hour he and the two cooks had decided to quit and were going home and they had to close the store down accepting no more orders because they were the only three people staffed. There were three groups, including a family with small children, a man who had said he was just picking up his already placed to go order, and my sister and I tired and hungry from our trip. Because it was Memorial Day the other places in the surrounding area were already closed down and we were forced to go to bed on the truck that night without eating. This afternoon after completing our truck delivery, we came back at a little after 12:00pm, hoping the situation had been resolved and we could grab something to go before driving the 10 hours back home. However, they are still closed down and now have a sign up claiming that the reason for this was due to “deep cleaning”. That’s a crock of bull and in my opinion extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. All drivers in the area be warned if you were hoping for a hearty meal at Denny’s after your long journeys you will be extremely disappointed.

This is the first time I have stopped at this Denny’s, but it won’t be my last. Easily the friendliest and best ran Denny’s I’ve ever been to. My server (Daisy) was great, she constantly made sure I had everything I needed I also met Kayla and she was amazing, friendly and was constantly interacting with customers and helping throughout the entire restaurant. The cooks did a great job and you could tell they took a lot of pride in their work. The atmosphere, service and food quality is something to be emulated, keep up the great work!!!!

There was 3 in our party. Empty tables everywhere we weren’t seated right away because they said the kitchen had too many orders. Number one this isn’t the customer fault. Ok now we will skip to our order we ordered took a hour to get our food. When it arrived my husband had ordered over medium eggs they should have just gave him hard boiled eggs. My link sausages was Luke warm and the man we had with us got chicken fried steak couldn’t eat it. I had to get up and ask for a refill on water. I will tell you right now I could manage that place better with my eyes closed. We will not be back. I wish there was a place for zero stars.

Great service, Savannah is awesome at night. By the grace of GOD the food was good, smh. THE COOK DID NOT WEAR ANYTHING NEAR A HAIR NET TO AT LEAST TRY TO AVOID GETTING HAIR IN THE FOOD! THAT IS SO UNSANITARY. I UNDERSTAND THAT IT'S HARD TO FIND HELP, BUT COME ON DENNY'S LET'S NOT LOWER OUR STANDARDS JUST TO KEEP THE BUSINESS GOING! OH, AND I TOOK PICTURES ALSO! BUT OTHER THAN THAT I LOVE SOME DENNY'S!!! LET'S JUST GET SOME HAIR NETS ON THESE COOKS OKAY!

Took us 25 minutes to get seated and waitress took our oder and went down the line to her other customers that got seated same time we was, went to get drinks and didn't even bring ours we had to ask for them. Then we get the bill and for 2 pieces of bread which was French toast was almost 10.00 when I could have add meat and eggs and toast for 11,49. I wouldn't recommend this place to eat at all. Reason I gave it one star cleaniness

l waited 5 minutes just to be acknowledged and that was after I asked is anybody working here the employee told me yes I am but I'm on the phone right now. I did take that as being a bit rude but I let that go considering there were only two employees in the entire restaurant when we first got therethough the food was decent, the cleanliness of the employees is horrible or should I say the lack thereof cleanliness.The black manager walked right in at the beginning of her shift went right to the counter wiped her nose with her hand and ran her hand through her hair.There was also a blonde Caucasian manager that came in shortly thereafter she proceeded to stand at the counter where the coffee pot is and pick her nose and dig in her ear at no time did I see either of these young ladies wash their hands.Needless to say my breakfast was done at that point and time I no longer wanted to finish what I was eating me and my husband got up and walked out after paying the bill. And this time of covid omnicron and all other variants that are circulating cleanliness is very very important especially in a restaurant environment

They talked to me like we were old friends the service was absolutely perfect the food was cooked just the way I ordered it and I never had to ask for anything she had it at my table before I could ask. I loved my time there and my meal , also the chat ??

Carolyn, the server, is by far the sweetest gal I've met. Exceptional service with a nice smile! Tip her well folks, she definitely deserves it. She should come to TX to teach Dennys staff about customer service.

worst service I’ve ever received, from anywhere - waited nearly an hour for food, both items had hair in them. No one came by our table to offer anything or get refills. They maybe had seven guests, so it wasn’t busy in there. Our ticket showed more guests than there actually was (it was just two of us).
