Again I stopped after work to pick up dinner customer service was great very friendly people there and attentive. The only issue I had was not all the food was fresh and having to wait I thought it would be the only thing fresh was the onion rings probably cause they don't keep that in the warmer. I ordered 2 chicken baskets and a burger meal and you could tell the fries had been sitting and the strips. It was the day of the bad storm so they could have been rushing. But I stay right across the street so I didn't have to go far. But the customer service amazing.
Everybody that worked there wanted to stand around and chit chat. Nobody wanted to wait on the customers. Had to ask multiple times and they forgot our food and they made a meal wrong. Then I I was told the reason for the delay was because they were waiting on fries. When we got the fries they were basically cold so they just forgot the order. Then I was told that one of the meals wasn't even rang up and that's why they didn't order it. However, I bought three kids meals for $19 and some change so I paid for three kids meals.So I still had two meals I had to take home so I went through the drive-thru hoping that that would not be as challenging or time consuming. That worked great. As far as time, they did forget the milk gravy for the chicken, which we all know without the gravy the chicken ain't worth a hoot.The drinks that they brought out were just full of soda so I had to ask for napkins because they were down the sides on the top dripped onto the tops of the ice cream.So not a great experience. It'll be a moment before I think about trying to spend that kind of money again between the 19 plus for the three kids meals and The drive-up order was 31 and change.
Just waited 20 minutes for a blizzard and a small sundae. They had us pull around as soon as we paid and waited for 20 minutes for them to bring us ice cream. Ridiculous.
Okay, here it is. You have heard the catch phrase: not fast food, but fan food. If you're in a hurry, forget it. However if you want something tasty and you're willing to wait a few extra minutes, then by all means head to DQ. Most people go for the ice cream, but the burgers are good too.

Go through drive thru. Order a mini blizzard. Was asked to pull around to the front. Realize that everyone is being directed around. Took 15 minutes to get a mini blizzard. I've worked at a dq and we never sent a car up for a blizzard. I understand if our order is big and having to get fresh food. But this was a bit much. Won't go back to N Highland DQ
It was good, great ice-cream. We dined in was very clean. An good service.
The lady who took our order and waited on us in the drive through was so nice!
Got the chicken tenders. Staff was friendly. Toast with tenders is pretty hard. Other than that, good job.
If your going to change your business hours,please update the site. I pull up at 9:10 pm to be told that your closed???? I have never experienced any issue and understand things may be rough on staffing,but once decisions like that are made,common courtesy to update business site.Thanks!!!!
