Employee came out restroom with apron on and they are a little rude! Chips was stale and guacamole was bland. I spent too much money for it to be like that!!
As we walked in one employee was running to the drive thru window and shouting. We waited and the same employee came to the counter shouting and laughing. "He was UGLY!". The entire time we were there she was shouting. She half listened to our order. There werent any clean trays to carry out food to the table. The drinks station was a total wreck. Every table was filthy. And no they weren't short staffed. Everyone just stood around doing nothing. Except yelling and laughing. It was an unnerving meal to say the least. And the food was a 4 at best. First and last time eating at Chipotle. You need to retrain your employees
We originally went to Freddy's but the restaurant was dirty and just miserable. So we went to Chipotle and it was a huge difference! We walked in and the vibe of the whole restaurant was happy. The employees genuinely were happy to be there. The restaurant was clean and service was fast and fun. Then we sat down to eat. Omg! It was perfection! We will definitely be frequenting this restaurant more often.
We haven't been to a Chipotle for years and decided to give this a try since it's down the road from the house. Our bowls were very good and when my picky son eats everything on his plate, it must have been delish. The servers are always friendly and service is fast.
Placed a delivery order directly from their website for 3 hard shell tacos and they gave me 3 cold and soggy soft shell tacos! How do you mess up an order like this?!? If you read you literally have to see WHAT TYPE OF SHELL I WANT before even making the taco. Clearly the workers are just doing whatever they want in there! Completely dissatisfied!
I've been going to this Chipotle in Jackson Tennessee for a couple of months now because of the vegan options they have. But I went in there today and with five or six employees standing around I went in as the only customer and stood there for at least two solid minutes while people debated on who was going to take care of me. I would think the only customer in your place would be of some sort of priority over cleaning and chit chatting. On top of that, there is the occasional piece of meat in the peppers and onions that isn't exactly vegan friendly. I probably won't be back and I can see why it's only 3.5 Stars. The food is good but do y'all want to serve it? Doesn't look like it
Traveling through town and decided to stop here to eat. Very busy part of town and everything was very busy but this restaurant wasn't full so we thought we would try it out. We both had a burrito bowl and total cost was $29 which we thought was a bit high. Tabletops had not been wiped and the floors were dirty at about 7:30 PM. Would not visit again nor recommend.
Pretty good ... taste good order online...they have fast service when got there order was ready by 3:40 p.m
It's pretty good. It would be great if they wouldn't overcook their proteins. I've eaten at this location four times and the meat is always dry and a bit tough.
I love the food but they delivered me a rotten guacamole it already has a bad smell when I open it.
