We were seated right away. The hostess took our drink orders and brought them to us. We told her up front before we were seated we were trying to get to a movie in an hour would that be a problem and she said no they would be able to do that. After 20 minutes of waiting our server came over to take our order, out of things we wanted so had to look at the menu again. The hostess walked by us and asked how we enjoyed our meal, since we were in a hurry and we told her we don’t know we have received it yet. She apologized and went to check our order. Came right back with it and the chips and salsa we ordered to come out first. We had ten minutes to eat. No drink refills. No apology nothing. Our server finally comes to check on us and I told her to just let me have the ticket. Had to get a manager because the chips were marked wrong. Will not be back.
There were two servers when we arrived & one was about to get off. Our server was awesome. She was the door hostess & server. She waited those tables & customers with speed & a smile. Everyone's food including other customers were rolling out in a timely manner. During these times where it's still hard for employers to keep staff, my hat goes off to Ms. Chiquita & the kitchen staff. Alrhough there was a mistake with my order, it was corrected quickly. You all did a great job!
Bad service, no servers, sticky tables, old seats.
Worst possible place to go! Food is great but they will double charge customers, add things to the order that weren’t ordered, refund amounts after a customer leaves and then charge something completely different later on, just a whole load of crap at this location. When trying to call about a double charge (corporate office) they won’t answer and won’t return a phone call, nor will they respond to emails. Their server double charged us on a meal, $31.25. We told her to make it for $35.00 and keep the remainder. So she goes to the computer and does who knows what. Then walks back to the table with the hand held (all hand ballers were dead except one) she pulls up a check, gets it ready, we slide the card, and thought we’re were done. As we were leaving I checked the bank account and we had been charged for $35.56 and then again for $36.00. So we called the store to let them know that we’re we’re charged twice for 2 different amounts and neither of them were the amount on our ticket with was 31.25. Ended up having to go back to the location to help the manager find the ticket where she double charged us. He finds it and then contacts them for a refund of the over charge. So the next day we see where they sent the refund but it was pending. Woke up today to see it gone once again. Went to the bank to find out they issued the refund but then rejected it this morning and took it back … what kind of fkery is really happening with y’all? After being a server for 10 years, I have a pretty good idea of wtf is going on because I’ve seen this shyt done by servers in places I’ve worked, it’s crooked asf!!
Not enough workers. Customer service is a negative. The manager was rude. She even addressed her own employee as a "girl" instead of referring to her by name. Saying "here girl." a she hands her kids menus. We gave them a number of people in our party. We waited the time they gave us before seating us only for them to try and seat us a table /area where they could not place a booster seat as well as we were told we'd have to get up and wait for another table open up because 5 couldn’t sit in booth. Needless to say, they are understaffed and rude!
I've been here 2 times and had 1 good experience and one meh one! The first time I went I was on a lunch break and wasn't really feeling fast food so I stopped here with my boyfriend! They had some super weird seating thing going on and the seats that were open were all full but there were no employees around to help us out or anything so we left and ate somewhere else. Not a too bad experience but im sure it'd piss someone off. But the 2nd time we were actually able to get seats and we had a very nice little date! Our waitress was so charming and nice and she was so helpful, and our food was also very good!! It was a very relaxed, at ease atmosphere despite being pretty busy. I always hate the tense stuffy feeling of a very busy restaurant. I'd definitely recommend going here for a little lunch date or a casual dinner with your partner or family!
First of all the place was dirty & the workers were very unprofessional including the manager but we tried to tolerate that. Upon arrival we were informed that only one section was open for service & that our group of 11 would have to be separated. We sat & waited for an hour to be seated only to be treated ruder by the servers. Once we sat separately the tables were dirty. We got up & it took another few mins to get them cleaned. Then menus were thrown at us & we were told that only 4 people could be served per table so some of us would have to get up & wait until ANOTHER table was available. That was not we were initially told when we were sitting waiting. WTH At that point we were very frustrated & left. We went right down the street to Buffalo Wild Wings & had prompt & EXCELLENT service!!! I will be calling corporate 1st thing in the morning to report the deplorable services I experienced at Chilis on 2200 Emporium Drive in JacksonTN I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS LOCATION. IT SUCKS
This instance was not good. They only had 2 servers plus kitchen staff. Wait was terrible. Nothing was clean. Including the bar where I sat so that I could get a seat. They were going as fast as possible, but it was bad. Luckily the food was acceptable.
Worst experience ever for $70.Waitress was rude leaned on the table whole time taking our order.Table she sat after us were served drinks and appetizers way before we got ours.Mixed drink had no alcohol in it was simply juice mixed with lime.Food was cold when we got it. Steak ordered medium was well cooked and had a few pasta noodles mixed in with the butter.Waitress never checked in us after setting the food down we had to flag her down for a coke and even than she was extremely rude.We didn't eat 98% of the food just enough to try it. Didn't take any of it to go. Had to track down the waitress to pay and even than she swiped my card and stormed off had to locate her once more for a receipt.
The place is total chaos. I felt bad at first because they’re obviously short handed, but that changed once I saw how dirty everything was and the type of service we got. The floors were filthy. We sat down and finally got the 2 glasses of water with chips and salsa. One glass had cheese in the water and the other was just dirty on the outside. Salsa was served with a big chip in it. It turned out better once I got the margarita down and lost the urge to grab a broom.
