Been to about 20 different locations, and I have to say every location is the same. That is until I came to this location, the person that took my order was rude and my food came out fast but my fries were all bottom of the bag, tiny burnt ends. I had 3 good regular pieces. Other then that it was all hard almost un-eatable pieces. The only good thing was the actual chicken sandwich
What can I say.... associates there are exceptional. They make everyone feel great with outstanding service 2nd to none!! Keep servicing with a smile being efficient everyday! Great food
They were SLAMMED this morning when I placed my online order. The drive thru line was way to long so I thought walking inside to pick up my order would be faster.Granted, it took a while to get my order BUT they were so kind, so helpful, and they made sure they were attentive to me while I waited. (My order got mixed up with someone with the same name and last initial)I’m not from Tennessee, but I can say that the customer service at this location was amazing and their staff deserves so much patience and grace.Thank ya’ll!
Like everyone knows, the Chick does drive-thru on another level. Which is good since their drive thrus are mobbed every single lunch and dinner. You can’t beat the friendly service, either. And of course, the food is among the best and healthiest fast food on the market. The mobile app is great too!
This chick-fil-a always provides top-notch service and food. Don't let the crowded parking lot intimidate you. They will get you through the line quickly and efficiently.
Love the food and service is always amazing, but who designed this parking lot. It looks like a three year old with a crayon. It makes no sense and causes huge backups on the road trying to get in. It's never to late to say we messed up and fix it.
Don't go here as much as I would like because it is in a crazy spot. Lots of traffic and not that much road. But it was good as always. This visit was a little different as the food was even more amazing than usual. I got a 12pcs nugget meal, my usual. The nuggets were just right, I mean right folks. I won't go into my out of body spiritual epiphany but I will say I've never had a rude employee or bad food from this place.
Food was delicious and fresh. We dined in. The dining area was clean. The staff were courteous and attentive in spite of it being quite busy. Street access however was a bit tricky getting out as it is a busy corner.
Love the food so delicious but they left out my grilled chicken suppose to got a12 piece instead got a 8 but the manager said he would Make up for it
Always quick great food and customer service. Chick-fil-a knows how to hire! Every single person working are always so polite! Long line? Don't worry two three minutes tops! Love love love!
