First off, it’s Mother’s Day! I just bought a deluxe seafood platter, which we all know is not a cheap item on the menu. I get all the way home and there’s only one piece of fish on my plate and the meal comes with two. They won’t answer the phone and I’m not driving back up there. This is the last straw for this location! I will not be back! I’m spending my hard earned money elsewhere next time! Customer service and management sucks?
Clean resturant.Some sweet girl brought my meal to me.Mac and cheese was drowning in canned cherse.Fish was well cooked.
Everything was wonderful I didn't really care too much for the the crab clusters or crab cakes whatever however everything else was wonderful and the drive-thru worker was so polite she was so sweet and adorable
McDonald's forgot my drink and the line was too long to go back through, so I swung by Cap'n D's, and even though the indoor seating was closed due to Covid, they invited me in to get a free drink. Great staff, great manners! Love ya'll! Thank you so much ❤

I really enjoyed lunch there today. I had the Lobster Roll. It was yummy! The staff was friendly and the restaraunt was clean.
It has really gone down hill since they first opened, excessive grease, grease taste lingers on your tongue. And there is no heat in the building..dined in and was freezing
This location has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I stopped by on 11/22/2021 around 7:30 p.m. after a 12-hour work shift. They made me wait at the speaker 15 minutes before they would even take my order even though there were no cars ahead of me in the drive-thru. After taking my order, I waited another 5-7 minutes before they came to the window and took my payment. Then other 10-15 minutes before I got the food. In total, I waited approximately 30-40 minutes and I was the first car in line. I addressed my concerns with the manager on duty and his excuse was they’re short staffed. I was still charged full price and was offered no type of compensation for the inconvenience. I know things happen, but 40 minutes is unacceptable for a drive thru. This was my first and last visit to the South Jackson Captain D’s! I would give 0 stars if I could.
