We were at this restaurant with my friends. The food was good. When time for payments came I pulled out my card and also gave $25 cash as part of the bill with clear instructions to charge my card for the reminder. Guess what? The waitress made a full charge on my card and 'tipped' herself. I didn't pay attention while signing the receipt. I noticed the following day while going through it. The manager promised a refund on my card. Got my money back after five days. Phew!
Not very clean, seats are literally falling apart, very unsanitary ice/drink station. The same hands touching everything else are putting the glass you are going to drink out into the ice. No ice scoop is used. One of us drinking soda even had a lemon seed in our cup. Gross! Tea was not good at all, did not taste fresh. We had went for a birthday dinner. I asked if BWW did anything for birthdays and was told no. We later heard them announcing a birthday to someone else. Our waitress kept tapping her nails on the table every time she came by. We asked for refills and only 1 person got one and it wasn't even what they had asked for. Our cold fries came out 10min before our cold wings. Our boneless wings were so tiny and some were too hard to eat or raw on the inside. The regular wings were not the greatest nor were they very hot temperature wise either. The wait for our food was around 40 minutes and they were not busy at all. Our table was dirty and seats were missing parts or they were flapping up. We were moved to another dirty table with left over fries and sauce spilled on the table. Bathrooms were also not very clean.
The Food was great but the workers were so rude and nasty all because they didn’t get tipped for being a poor waitress. She didn’t check to see if we needed anything, she had a attitude soon as we sat down, and she gave us our bill five minutes after ordering our food as if she was telling us to leave. I definitely love the food but I won’t be back to dine there!!
Great food my only problem was the manager was very rude about a damaged license. They took the license the day before and we returned the next day and she threw a fit about it. We just left. Our company won't be back because of her attitude toward us. She could have been nicer it's not our fault they had just been in trouble for serving minors.
We will start with the positive... had dinner with friends! And we received the correct drinks.This was the first and the last time I eat at BWs. Service was so slow, she was friendly when she came around but slow getting to us.The wings were small and some were dry and others didn't seem done. Our orders were wrong. We were only able to pick one sauce per order... so only 1 flavor for 15 wings or 1 flavor for 6 wings. It took almost 20 minutes from the time the first order was delivered until our party of 5 was all served. You serve a table as a whole... not in pieces especially when we ordered on one ticket.The kicker was the bill total...$170.00 for 4 people with wings, one with a wrap, a large fry and 4 beers. The server misunderstood us when we ordered and brought doubles of everything.
Service was horrible. We reserved online and then got told after waiting 20 minutes that they did not do online reservation. We waited anther 21 minutes to be seated. Waited 15 minutes for our drink order and have been waiting another 18 minutes for our food. The waitress and manager are both rude and act like you are bothering them we you ask for a straw or fork. Not to mention they messed up out drink order. Worst Buffalo wild wings I have ever been to. We waited 2 hours to get our food, it was wrong. When we got the check the waitress added food and drinks to our order then got mad when we corrected her. This whole experience blew my mind in the worst of ways. I would not come back. We have waited 15 minutes for to fix our check and currently still waiting.
Worst experience ever! Everyone's food was brought one at a time-except mine; I never got it at all!! When I asked-obviously the order had never been put it, the waitress never followed up. I had to stop her once again to ask the status. No offer-except did I want it to go??
Everything we ordered was excellent, the bartender made an amazing Ole Fashion. Highly recommend this location.
Service was slow. High $ salad consisted of pretty much lettuce & dressing.
Spectacular service tonight! I ordered takeout and accidentally put in the wrong time and called the restaurant and the polite young lady handling to go orders was very quick to help fix it. And to top it off there was a few extra boneless wings in my order!
