My first time eating at this Arby’s, around midday but they were not that busy. Incredible service, my gyro came out quick and was of a higher quality than I expected honestly. The only bump in my experience was they initially served me a gyro with the wrong meat, but they resolved this in less than a minute with a new gyro made correctly. Needless to say I enthusiastically rang the bell after this visit!!!
I come through the DT here quite often and the majority of the time the orders are fast and correct. Today's dine in was above average though. Brisket Sandwich was prepared excellently and both the curly fries and the Jalapeno Bites were fresh and hot. One of the crew members even came out to replace the initial 5 that were placed on my tray for some that were right out of the fryer. Lobby was clean, neat and the crew was polite, especially the one taking orders. One more thing that caught my eye and ear was the coordination and guidance of the manager on duty. Just in that brief time she radiated good management. Held herself well and stayed busy while sternly and accurately giving directs to both DTOT and Line members, and even still was able to thank the customer. Also, today was my first time with the Bronco Buffalo Sauce. I don't know what it was meant to be eaten with but it went well with everything on the tray.
This was an awesome experience. No exaggeration; within 60 seconds of placing my order, they filled it. I was astonished and made sure the staff was made aware of their aptitude. Highly recommended, though the location is in a high volume traffic area.
They know how to pick their employees well. I’ve always been treated with kindness at this location. They’ve NEVER messed up my order, and I’ve gone to this Arbys for 10 years or longer. The employees change, but the service stays on point. ?
The order was pretty fast, the service was great but the fries were a little cold.
One of the few fast food restaurants that is getting back to normal. My last visit was relatively quick and the food was fresh. Thanks.
I'm going to leave this one at a simple statement, due solely because I know places are having trouble getting employees. They fell off, way off. I won't be returning to this restaurant for awhile if at all.
Yes it was late night after 9:00 no curly fries no turnovers I got the food home after waiting at the window for approximately 10 minutes sandwich the bread falls apart and almost feels a little soggy French fries are cold and the containers not even filled with french fries.Definitely will think twice before spending over $20 for two meals yuck yuckSo I went back on the 27th after speaking to the manager that night told me to come back that I'm trying again so I did the assistant manager at the drive-thru absolutely was disrespectful unprofessional just straight up rude.She refused to honor what her boss had said he would honor for me.I got her boss on the phone or a boss on the phone and she just said she wasn't going to pay attention to him or listen to him was very disrespectful to him as well said for me to come in the next morning and speak to the actual manager.So I went in this morning showed her my actual receipt dated on the 20th and just got my money back there was just no way I was going to let them make me food after so much of a challenge.
Guy that took our order was very nice and food was delicious hot and fresh ? no complaints ? I definitely recommend you try it if you never have before ?
We wanted a quick meal so we decided to stop at Arby's. Big mistake! We liked the fact that they now have the fish sandwich. We got two of those and fries. The food was terrible.!!! When we ordered, I asked the girl if the the fish was fresh or had been sitting there all day. She said she would make sure it was fresh for us. Nope. It wasn't fresh. The fish was tough, greasy, cold and had such an awful fishy taste. Needless to say I ate about a quarter of it and threw it away. The fries were just as bad. Cold and greasy. We should have went back up and said something but we didn't have much time so we just said forget it. What a waste! We just can't seem to get good food at Arby's anymore. About the only thing we like from Arby's is the ice tea.
