This use to be the best Zaxby's around. Chicken tenders always tender and juicy. Today on 3/30/22 at 1:20 pm. we got our order from a young man at the drive up window. We said hello and asked how his day was going. The just looked at us and stared. We couldn't even get a smile out of him. He said nothing to us. Our chicken tenders were small and dried out. The teriyaki sauce had 2 strands of gray here in it. We are seniors on a fixed income, we don't eat out much. We will not ever go back here again. The rude young man at the window, Dried out tenders and hair in our sauce. We will do service with other places that are friendly.J.L.
Order taker attitude seemed to change once I mentioned a coupon for a free item. I've never had to wait for my order at any other Zaxby's; this one seemed really slow and asked to pull into playing space to wait. Food good; service lacking.
This place has some of the best food in town. The chicken strips are perfect for a larger family or get together. I have dined inside a few times but I mostly use the drive through. I have never had a bad experience. Try the Zalad or Strips with the Zaxbys sause! Soo good. Actually I'm getting hungry now. Ha!
Its the second time I've asked for little ice and they've given me a full cup. Even after asking them at the window if its little ice and them telling me yes SMH
Sat in the drive trough for 10 minutes without moving then we found that the store was closed no sign or anything ? no respect for customers
Need to update business instructions on app for delivery drivers! Their dining room was closed and their was a sign stating that and that the drive thru was open. Get to the drive thru only to be told to come inside and then was directed where to park and what door to use after waiting in line! They have signs on the side they directed to you with clear instructions for pick ups but there needs to be signs on both sides of the building with those CLEAR instructions so we aren’t wasting our time sitting in the drive thru line when we could have just come around to begin with. I stated this to a co worker very nicely and his response was “now you know” very inconsiderate and this attitude will not have any third party drivers picking up for your customers. Sometimes we have several orders and every minute counts. Be mindful!
If you're going to lock up the lobby and force everyone into the drive thru then there shouldn't be a big sign outside saying to come in for pick ups
Stopped here tonight with a group of students and was completely impressed by how the workers went above and beyond to help our large group. Vincent on staff was particularly kind and patient while taking a lot of orders. Food was great and super quick. Definitely worth your time.
Changing to 3 stars as horrible experience however manager did call and made it right.
Can't pick up inside yet a huge sign outside that states to pick up inside.This is why people should NOT get Zaxbys in Hendersonville.
