Just spent 7 minutes on hold, figured they had forgot so I called back and now they just keep putting me directly on to hold. I have a question about an order I've already put in, I shouldn't get ignored immediately after spending $50 on two separate orders. Their refusal to pick up the phone has half of my order just sitting there because doordash won't pick it up, since we tipped on the first order, and the Wingstop employees took forever to answer the phone then didn't make sure both order were taken.

The food was good wings fixed to order. Celery and carrots were fresh and crisp. They actually gave our food away and had to remake our order. But they were so kind and apologetic and offered us a side item for the inconvenience. The atmosphere was nice with piped in music. Brandi was exceptionally pleasant and friendly. I will visit the next time I'm in Hendersonville. Check them out!
The food was good. They seem to be a little off. Part of our order was wrong, but they fixed it without any issue. But the drink machine was out of most everything, the drink lids were empty, and a small since of lack of direction for some people.
Hands down the best Wingstop location I have been to in a long time. I managed multiple locations in San Antonio TX and this store is the standard and hope others in the Nashville area follow suit but for now our family will 110% be coming here. Food, service, cleanliness, everything was up to and above standard
Food is great but what's the point in ordering ahead if they're just gonna prepare it when you get there? People just standing around in the kitchen eating so I know they weren't busy.
1st time at Wing Stop. It was very good, actually thought it was better than BW’s. Sauces actually covered the wings and they were meatier too.
BEST WING RESTAURANT IN HENDERSONVILLE!The customer service is SUPERB! Literally every worker is nice and legit seems happy to be at work (which is rare nowadays)! Big shoutout to De’Tron, Heather, and Chloe for making my experience a great one ?
