This particular restaurant is one of my favorite places. The drive thru moves at a decent pace no matter how busy they are and the staff is always polite. If you want to guarantee fresh food, my tip at any drive thru is to make your order custom. Example; no tomatoes, extra cheese, extra ketchup.. almost always makes for a tastier experience.
The people who work late night are severely incompetent. Double check your whole order for accuracy before leaving. They often give you the wrong drink, forget straws, give you the wrong food.They once forgot my straw and when I told the person at the window she didn't believe me until I showed her the empty bag. Its just a straw, how thin are your margins??
I loved the food but found this in my burger guessing it’s from the packaging the bacon was in. Costumers I recommend checking your food before you eat it.
Love the fries here. Soft drink tasted funny, but lately all drinks from fast food places taste funny to me. Staff friendly and helpful. Went drive thru, not inside.
You guys should really turn the mobile ordering on the app off if you’re going to close early. Google, the Facebook page, AND Wendy’s app all say this location closes at midnight. I placed an order on the app and pulled into the Wendy’s drive thru at 11:00pm on the dot. Wasted 20 minutes driving to Wendy’s and wasted another 20 going home with no food. Even more irritating when you pull in to go to the drive thru and see two workers just staring at you from the dining room inside. When I pulled up to the drive thru I didn’t even want my mobile order anymore, as I could tell the employees looking at me from the windows were the only ones left and I knew no one was going to make the food. I just wanted someone to tell me what to do about my mobile order that had already taken the money out of my account. But of course, no one answered me at the drive thru like I assumed would happen. Would’ve even be happy with a “Hi we’re closed” so I could explain my situation to an employee and get an answer on what to do. I understand having to close early because of being understaffed, but this is ridiculous. Maybe consider changing your hours on all platforms, since you’re pretty much never open after 10:30-11pm.
waited in line over 10 minutes to be told at 8:03 but they are closed and we cannot take any more orders. And even though a gal came to the window and looked at my car well before eight they're telling me I wasn't in line. Funny part is they are being really rude about it.
Restaurant had a health score of 100. Employees were nice, meals were hot and fresh. Dave would be proud!
Girl at drive-through unexcuseable rudeness. Nasty attitude with customers. In drive threw. Throws ketchup at customers. Never go to Main St. Hendersonville. Tn .
The food was ok but they need to work on service, waiting over 30 mins in a drive-through lane is a little much. Hope this helps thank you for what you do.
such rude worker. she's in the window every night, I think she's named Alexis. she slammed the window in my face not once, but three times. she's unpleasant to deal with and every time I see her I genuinely regret ordering at this location.
