Food is always good but the service sucked and there was ZERO sense of urgency.

Usually I love this Waffle House because they keep it clean and the employees are super sweet!!! But this time at 3:45pm 2/26/22- me, my husband and his friend went into the Waffle House and they were obviously busy. Unfortunately no one acknowledged us at all and we patiently waited for approximately 5 minutes and the associates keep working and did not speak to us ? This is so sad as we work hard too and understand that some days are better than others but no one should enter an establishment and feel as if their business is not wanted… so sad as that experience surely tainted my opinion of this Waffle House. I truly hope the manager reads this and simply considers having the conversation of customer appreciation.
Had a late dinner here. It was a gash brown bowl and coffee. Good stuff. Not much else open at this time of night in the area.
Mary was an excellent server ? She treated my family and I very well! This was my sister's first Waffle House experience ever (12 yr old) and it has become her new favorite place ?We'll see you again, Mary!
Easy to get in and out for a quick breakfast. Really enjoyed chatting with the staff. Easy life Sunday morning..!!!

I highly recommend the Waffle House in Hendersonville, TN. I started out going to the one in goodlettsville and had a terrible experience. I was turned away at the door and told they were only open for to-go orders only, so I called the one here in Hendersonville and with open arms they welcomed me in and served excellent food in a quiet, clean, and very friendly environment!!!
Haven't been to Waffle House in 6 years so counting this as a first experience. Place was clean, good music, great staff, and the hash browns covered and smothered was pretty good.
