I rated 1 star...should actually be no stars...I was greeted and seated promptly...then my 'server' took to go orders from people who came in after I did. After placing my order with my 'server' I noticed several other groups arrive/seated...they were waited on by another team member well after I had placed my order...when I heard my 'server' call out my order to be prepared while watching the people who came in after me being served their b'fast order I knew it was time to find another location...I've been going to this shop for several months experiencing a steady decline...this experience was the worst. While the food is great it's less than enjoyable if the service is lacking...or in this case non-existent.
Waited 2 hours for a waffle and a water and they charged me for something i didn’t order. dude didn’t believe me that i didn’t get my food and got mad when i left a dollar tip. there were like 2 people in there so i don’t know what the hold up was. There were also rude and violent people in there that just walked in to start things with my friends. This waffle house used to be very fast and good, now the new workers are slackers and barely understand how to make a waffle. if i could give 0 stars today i would’ve. Im not trying to be rude but it has been like this the last 3 times i’ve been here.
Waffle House provides reasonably good quality food, in an old-fashioned-diner sort of way, for a price that reflects the way things are today, but don't try to rob you. I enjoy dropping in for breakfast. Sometimes the coffee varies in flavor, and chewability, but everything else is highly consistent. I know what my food is going to taste like, before I even get there. Service is usually very quick, and the staff are pleasant. I like their consistency. It's relaxing.
2/20/22 just left and we are disgusted!! THE MANAGER AND EMPLOYEES WERE TALKING ABOUT HOW THEY HAVE “ALL HAVE HAD EVERY STRAIN OF COVID ITS LIKE IT SWEPT THROUGH THE WHOLE WAFFLE HOUSE” IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS! It’s one thing to say you were all I’ll but also mentioning you ALL WORKED WHILE SICK And how you had all the strains of covid as well. We were right in front of them, I cut in and asked for boxes and they scoffed like I was rude for asking to leave as I am Immunocompromised. I would have left a lower rating. At least my waitress was nice enough to take the hint that we were uncomfortable in the establishment
Krista is the highlight of our visits! Superbly amazing and keeps our kids highly entertained. Quick food service and always as ordered.
Literally the best WH experience we’ve ever had!!! They decked it out for Valentines Day and the service was incredible! Thank you! We can’t wait to come back!
Awesome job from your servers since the cook was not there. They did a fine job cooking as well as serving the customers!
I loved learning about the training Waffle House has their staff go through to learn how to yell out the individual orders.
Best pop up Valentine’s Dinner! ? The staff is so friendly! Highly recommended!
