They need to send the employees one by one to the Taco Bell in gallatin so they can learn a shred of customer service. Not only did they forget to put straws in our order they also managed to mistake the chicken substitution for beef. Once we had called up there to get a refund or replacement we were hung up on twice by the “team leader/manager”. Next time we want Taco Bell we will be driving out of our way for better service.
Brooke needs some customer service training. Refusing to serve customers an item that is available to sell. Will never return to this location.
Never open when the app or store door says it is open on Sundays. This is ridiculous and as stated prior is a management issue. If you can put up a sign that says out of Mexican pizzas, then you can also place a sign stating what hours you are actually open and reflect those times in the app as well.
I can say that at this location, it's sad the way it's ran. Last time I went... Can't serve you because we have no staff, next time we don't have any beef.. Go to the taco bell in "the hood" service all day! Why not in Glenbrook!??? Anyway spent over 80 dollars there tonight, without beef AGAIN, because for one wasn't going to drive to another location, and most importantly, a young man by the name "Adam" was all I got, gave such good service, I was ok with the situation and spending the money. He was professional respectful and knowledgeable/suggestive with my 4 different orders. The guy is probably just another employee number, but was way worth than that! If these "Big WIGS" would put young fellows like him self in charge may help the location.. or we can always just make it a Mexican restaurant or gas station.
Hours are always inconsistent - I can't tell you how many times I have shown up at the drive through to be turned away by employees saying they're not open, whether that's 7am or 9am or 11am. At this point, it seems like a management issue - pay your employees better and support them so both the employees and customers stop suffering. This location has gone downhill over the last three years and it's beyond frustrating.
This particular store can not seem to keep tomatoes off of stuff when requested.We haven't ate here in a few months strictly because they always mess our order up and they always include tomatoes when I request them to not be on my wife's food.Yet again, 7 months later, we try it again. Missing food and tomatoes completely covering my my wife food when they told me on the speaker that tomatoes were removed.
This taco bell always delivers quality food that always tastes fresh, I'm never missing any items out of my order and the teams that work are always friendly, 10/10 will always recommend this one over the others

Normally pretty good service. Tonight ran out of chicken. Order was completely messed up. Won't go down to one or two stars but really dissatisfied tonight.
I have always had a good experience here, the staff is always so nice and I’ve never had a problem with my food. I never usually have to wait, lately because of being short staffed (like every where is right now) I had to wait a couple extra minutes, but they were efficient & my food was fresh!
