Wonderful service from Luke M. At the window. He was super polite and positive!
People were standing in line and the employees weren’t helping. They didn’t give anyone there drinks and we had to ask for them after 15 minutes of waiting. My friend tried to ask about there baha freeze and a worker looked at them and walked off. They weren’t paying attention to anything around them. When I finally got my food it was a burrito and it was so poorly wrapped that It fell apart as soon as I pick it up. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a Taco Bell before

Staff is clueless. Took ten minutes for the guy to put in the correct items. Food was prepared badly and with no care at all. Won't be going back.

Friendly staff, but not the best quality. Burrito was poorly wrapped that each bite resulted in it breaking more and more. Obviously had no effect on the taste, but was a hassle to eat. Also was bizarre to be given the food in a white plastic bag.
I've had nothing but good experiences at this location. In general, Taco Bell locations are a hit or miss. This place has ways delivered. Friendly staff, orders come out correct and in a timely manner, and they're consistent.
The two workers that gave me my food were incredibly rude to me. I wasn’t mean at all prior to this incident. The girl at the register was giving attitude from the time I order to when I payed. Then, a guy came up to give me my food and had an even worse attitude and slammed the window in my face.
The last 2 times that I ordered chicken chipotle melts, I got tortilla with almost nothing on it.
This burrito is so thin and the tortilla is so dry is falling apart. I barely have money rn, and I just wanted to treat myself after a bad day. This is so disappointing, and both of my burritos are like this. They didn’t even have blue raspberry freeze available and didn’t tell me until I already paid for it
