I disagree with this store, I'm waiting around 15 min for my food, so finally I ask for my order and they're don't know, also two employees I think marriage has a kids in the store, they take care about kids not for costumers, so becafore people if you want a wait for nothing this is the right place, I hope the district manager take care about this store, I'm eat before here but different employees now is a disaster, never back.
The order was taken with a blank gaze but accurate and quickly prepared. The only real issue was the minimal amount of meat provided on each item. We had to completely dissect each Beefy 5-Layer Burrito to find the small amount of "beef". It was the same on other items like the Burrito Supreme, which without much meat is much less supreme. We thought about asking for a redo on several items, but we all know how that goes. We are just less likely to return.
The staff on shift at the location as of 537pm has no regards for health and safety.Employees picking their noses...Employees consuming food at counter...Employees not washing their hands.........Available management is not able to resolve concerns, besides refunding the purchase thus, customers remain at risk.
Worse experience ever. I could you not, it took me 40 minutes for to get two crunchy tacos, and they still managed to mess up my order by giving one crunchy and another soft taco?♀️ Management was terrible, there was two people in front of me and it took 40 minutes to even get to the window were you received the tacos. Oh, AND they didn’t even put tomatoes and barely any lettuce on my taco!! I’d rather drive 20 minutes out to a better taco bell than this mess, if I could, I would rate a 0

When ordering my food, the customer service was great! But the food was terrible. My quesadilla didn’t even have chicken in it and this was not the side of the quesadilla, but the middle!! I called to bring back food and request replacement, no one has been answering for about 15 minutes, and they keep taking phone off the hook.
The cashier Morgan was very polite and had a sunny personality! The food was ready in a short time, and delicious. Thank you all for your service!
Food was very good staff was not good at all they kept cussing at each other and their kids where screaming. Not a good inviroment
Horrible, food is thrown together. The nacho cheese on the bellgrande smells like it is spoiled. Lettuce is brown. Just horrible not edible
I don’t know what three people are on staff tonight 12/29/21 but they were quite a joy to be served by!! Great job Taco Bell
