Always friendly and fast. They almost always have our mobile order ready when we arrive. My fur babies love their puppuccinos.

Ordered 2 drinks for my wife and I. Went to the store with my wife and my drink was too watery and weak and hers wasn't correct either. We go back I apologize and ask if we can get them remade. Roll up to drive thru the employees were sassy about it. They give us our drinks I say thank you and as we drive away they start laughing obnoxiously. Lucky my wife was in the car

Always busy whenever you go in. A little hard to park because of the way the drive thru is designed and other drivers blocking the lot. Drinks are good and prepared as fast as the baristas can make them. Baristas are always friendly as well

Frequent visitor (of the inside) here! Shout out to the amazing staff! They are always friendly and professional. They do their best to make personal connections. The café is always very clean and inviting. Plenty of room to sit and plug in for awhile. The drive through can be a mess during rushes, but nothing they can help. Stop in for your favorite drink and remember to tip well, they work hard! I appreciate this particular location so-so much!

Thank you guys so much for helping to make my cousin's birthday special and happy. She has special needs and has been through a lot over the past few days. As a former partner, I was also impressed with the quality of the customer service, cleanliness, and most importantly, the craftsmanship of the drinks. This was between 4:30pm and 5:00pm on 12/20. Thank you.

Hands down the WORST coffee I’ve ever had. I waited 20 mins in the drive-thru for burnt coffee. I called to let them know and they cannot give you a refund over the phone, you have to go back there. It is impossible to get to the parking lot because of the way the drive-thru and the building is designed. I will never be back!

I understand being busy. I'll have to avoid this location when they appear to be busy. Took 15 minutes inside with 2 people in front of me to get my coffee.

Without a shadow of a doubt, the worst Starbucks in the Nashville area. Absolutely miserable customer service (as of 12/2/2021) I waited for 10 minutes for an Uber eats pick-up and not a single employee (of the 7 working) said a single word to me. I made sure the make eye contact and ask for help as well. The entire staff is just walking around like they have no clue what they're doing. Poor management to have an entire staff that untrained that they can't answer a simple question of "is this order for so and so"

This location has fast, friendly service when you walk in. The first thing you notice is the perpetual long, slow drive through line (they might get a clue from Chick filet drive through). Parking is difficult to get in and out, but better than drive through. They keep a poor selection/stock of bagged coffee beans, but most Starbucks are too lean on inventory so I often have to settle for what's left, so I buy most of mine at the grocery store.

Maybe it’s just me but every time I go to this location, they are not consistent in making drinks. Here is an example, two of these drinks are the same and you can tell its not consistent.In the past, they missed a couple of other things like cream cheese for my bagel. When I asked about it, they insisted it was only to find out it wasn’t. I guess it’s my fault for trusting their thoroughness and quality but I’ll have to check from here on out. I recommend everyone do the same.
