I love Starbucks, but I do prefer the Indian lake Starbucks over Glenbrook as it is harder to get in and out, you can't use the parking spaces because the line will close you in or prevent you from parking, giant potholes, just not the best location.Pros: staff, food, drinks, prices, it's a decent atmosphereCons: location/driving/parking, feels a bit cramped, seems more likely to run out of ingredients?, and probably not unionized (go team baristas).
12 mins for one order. Only one in the lobby. Three drive thru orders went through since I've been here. I won't be back here personally, but I hope anyone else has better luck.

I ordered 6 drinks in this Starbucks this morning. Most were filled 3/4 full, one they didn’t follow the directions and gave complete wrong drink and all tasted like garbage. I use this Starbucks every Sunday before church and usually have no complaints. Today was a FAIL for this store. I paid over $30 for garbage!!!
The Latte's are always great. They did mess up on the Apple Crisp Latte, it tasted like coffee and milk. I'm sure it was because they are always busy. They fixed it and it was great!
I hope this reaches you. . To the black jeep in front of me.. I went through Starbucks in Hendersonville tn this am around 7:15 they told me it was on the house but I know you paid for my drink and I wanted to tell you you made my day. I have had so much going on with my daughter and you made me realize there is still good out there.
Always dealing with some young person that clearly doesn't want to be there and makes drinks wrong every time. We spend alot of money there, should at least get what we pay for.
Come here probably a couple times a month and I don't think I've ever had an issue. Staff is respectful and efficient. Drinks are always fresh and taste great! The few times they've messed up they always fix it and make sure it's right. They're also very adaptive, I like to make drinks a little different than usual and they're always up for the challenge. Praise to the staff and drinks! They've gotten me through many tough mornings and afternoons!
Probably the nicest, cleanest, friendliest Starbucks I've ever been to.
Very welcoming and warm, the staff is energetic and lightning fast even with a large line and it was one of the smoothest mochas I've ever drank. 10/10 Excellent crew.
