Overpriced mop water filtered through stale coffee. So bad you gotta ask for extra flavor to cover the bitterness. And dear god please don't buy their falsely advertised artisan sandwiches. They are truck stop quality microwaved death on a roll.
The lady was so rude , showed her my phone so she can scan my rewards but she said she doesn’t do it but turn around and scan the customer behind us. horrible customer service

Window shopping for coffee - Appreciating the Sbux team at my Indian Lake Sbux. Driving away another team member shouts an additional "Have a nice day!" ...How cool is that? Somehow the great coffee tastes even sweeter now. Thank you for being there and thx for keeping the internet on. It works great out here in the parking lot!! People could even have coffee dates in their cars while chatting on the phone!! Hmmm. ;)

Almost every time I come to counter there is a sign written in scribble that someone will be back at some weird time. There should always be someone manning this counter. Also, the last 3-4 times there has actually been someone there to serve coffee my drink has been sub par..watered down and just not good at all. I won't be back.
