Very rude service. The gentleman at the window gave us a hot drink instead of iced (not a big deal, it happens). However, when we asked for iced he snarkily replied in the most hateful manner, “Well I couldn’t hear you so.” So unnecessary.There is no need in treating customers like that. Definitely doesn’t need to be in customer service. I would guess that the other remarks on this establishment’s customer service are referencing him as well..
love this location!!! there are two male baristas who knew me by name and were always incredibly kind. one was a tall blonde, he usually had his nails done. the other was a buy with a full beard. both of them are amazing. only stopped going to this store because i moved out of hendersonville.
My lucky Day they didn’t have change for hundred so they just gave it to me!Thanks soooo much made my kids day.They said now we can have more money to eat on lol.
Everyone who works at this location is SO nice! I literally came through the drive through crying one day (lol) and the barista was so kind and made my day. I always stop here on my way to work in the morning and despite it being so early they’re always so cheerful and sweet. I appreciate all they do and their hard work!
It's Starbucks, if you know what you want then there's no problem, it's coffee, and that has caffeine, and who doesn't love caffeine?
This is a great location. I visited my mother for a few days and visited this site like I do my local Starbucks during my stay. In the few short days I was here I noticed, they made an effort with their regulars and they treated me as such in my visits. They were kind, quick friendly and most importantl, made my coffee on point. Well done.
This is definitely the worst Starbucks in the area. The customer service (if you can call it that) is deplorable, and nobody seems to care about their job or their patrons.
This morning I ordered a plain nitro cold brew while on my way to work. When I took a sip it tasted off, it tasted like there was something in it (flavoring or something like that) so I spit it out and threw it away. Not even five minutes later I start having an allergic reaction to whatever I drank. I used to work at this location so I know there’s no reason anything other than black coffee should’ve been in my cup. After today I’m never drinking at any Starbucks ever again. Thanks for the er bill.

My experience already started off badly when I stood in there for about 10 minutes waiting for my mobile order. Every worker in this Starbucks was very rude. This was my first time in here so I had no idea you get the drink and food at different pick up counters. No other Starbucks I’ve been to does it this way & no one told me that so I stood even longer thinking I was still waiting for my egg bites, only to find them at the other end of the store. Then get to work, make it half way through my drink and find a piece of plastic that looks like the top of a condiment. Disgusting. I will NEVER return here. This is worse than McDonalds level of customer service. Do better!!!!
