Placed an online order.They couldn't find the order.Found the order.Brought the order to the car...I drive to the location I'm going to eat(some event that was BYOF) and 60% of my order is missing and I had to throw away possibly the most disgusting ice coffee I've ever had in my life.
There are some sketchy characters hanging out at this location.Past three times I have been here, a guy walks in and out of building. He is not working nor does he have a Sonic employee uniform on. He is dressed like a gang member, hangs out in parking area. I do not feel comfortable letting my children eat at tables, as I have no idea what he is doing there. He is not eating or working.
Love eating at Sonic! It's quick & easy to grab a quick bite! The food is always fresh & hot. The only thing I HATE is that you can't add a tip onto your check when paying with a credit card, which is the way alot of people pay these days & so the car hops don't get a tip if you don't have cash!! Which I absolutely hate this bcz I used to work for Sonic when I was much younger & that's how I purchased my first car, so I feel awful not being able to give them a tip when using my debit card!
Sonic in Hendersonville was good, I had the jalapeño burger that's not own the menu board but they will make you if you just ask,, that is awesome
I'm only giving it 4stars cuz I feel like it alway takes forever for someone to answer an 4our food. But other than that the food is always good an customer service is always really nice. Thank you Sonic!?
The Sonic on New Shackle is dependably good every time I visit. No matter what time of the day. And the servers are always pleasant and punctual
Food was good but my iced coffee was all ice. Barely enough coffee to wash down my food. Very disappointing for the price
This place is always packed, there is always a long wait for the food-the only reason I go to Sonic is for my grand children. They believe there is a marked difference in Sonic Jr. burgers and McDonalds hamburgers, maybe it's the Ketchup they use or the pickles who knows but these kids are picky and Sonic is a clear winner in kids meals. I will continue to go to Sonic until these picky kids decide they no longer think Sonic has the best Kids meals.
When I visited last week, I just got paid and decided I wanted to enjoy myself a nice burger with fries. I arrived around 3pm, the workers were lazy and slow. I wanted to see myself a woman on skates! Its a perk of going there. But to my surprise, no skates. When I got the burger they didn't even bring me my cheese sauce. Its one of my favorite things. Do better. 1 star.
Kind and good employees, great tasting and fast service. A tip here is worth it.
