New update 6/1/22: Tried it again guess what both meals so soggy it’s literally drenched and disgusting they also forgot the fries and under cooked brownies. This place just flat out needs to shutdown. The fact a large combo is around $12 but they charge over $25 on Uber Eats should be illegal. Literally. I’ll never spend a penny here again based on sheer fact they think they can screw people over via Uber Eats. Git rid of your owner.
This place used to be packed at lunch. For a good reason. I used to be full when i left for half the price. I will never give this place another chance. Garbage good. I ordered a Philly and got a lettuce sandwich with the smallest amount of beef possible. I paid 55$ for my little daughter and my son to eat. I should have taken them to a steak house for that price. Must be new owners that are behind on their bills or something. Don’t waste you time. The last time my wife went there with 3 people there was hair in 2 of the 4 sandwiches and both people behind them had the same problem. No remake, comp, or even apology. Used to be my favorite HV place. Go to Slow burn chicken and you will be full, take home left overs, and save money. Disappointed to say the least.
I was brought here by a friend of mine, who bragged about this places sandwiches and best burgers. We ordered a salad, wings, sandwich and burger. The burger was nothing like my friend had describe. It was very dry! New employee at register,( 3rd day), was extremely nice and did a pretty good job receiving our order. However, after receiving our food, the burger was overlooked on the order. No big deal, "we can wait for it". The manager, (gentleman with dark hair & glasses), whom brought our food to the table, was disrespectful stating, "employee, she's new and continually messing up orders." I stated, "it not a big deal, she's new, and we were all new at a job, at one point or another in our journey through life!" After receiving our burger, we insisted on paying for it, $8.50 just for the burger, so employee wouldn't have to pay out of pocket for it, and explained to the manager how dry the burger was... his reply, "that will be $8.50 !!!" Not an apology, or anything. There's plenty of sandwich & burger places to choose from, and this place will not be on my top priority list ever! As a Restaurant & Grill owner myself, it's pretty sad when you can't receive a decent meal. Choose at your own risk, and I hope, if you decide on choosing this establishment, you have a better experience than we did... IN GOD WE TRUST
This was barely edible. French dip had some sort of creamy hot sauce on it, and maybe an ounce of meat and cheese on each side of the sandwich. If you’re putting sauce on a sandwich please say so on the menu! The roxy was basically a coleslaw sandwich. Very very little meat and a tiny square of Swiss. The Hand cut fries were tiny little pieces, hard and cold. French onion soup was fine to sip some of the broth, the rest went in the trash. Not worth your time or money in my humble opinion. Sorry to say.
I brought my friend here today because of their amazing burgers…..hmmmm they have lost their touch. The burger was horrible! The manager is rude to his employees and that should be unacceptable! The lady (her 3rd day working here) who took our order was so sweet! For it to be her 3rd day she did a great job! She read our order back to us and it was all correct. When the manager delivered the food to our table (salad, wings, fries, turkey panini) we were missing the burger. His exact words were, “She’s new and she’s been messing up a lot of order”. Geez! Ever heard of backing your employees? He said he would get the burger out to us, which we insisted on paying for so the employee wouldn’t have to. He made the new employee who took our order come out and apologize for her error…..she was almost in tears because of how this manager was treating her. The burger was so dry it was difficult to swallow even with a drink. We went in to pay for the burger, and proceeded to tell the manager how horrible the burger was….he didn’t seem to care, and said that will be $8.50.Basically if you want a good burger don’t come here.
I went here with a couple of co-workers .This was my first time there. Now this is just my review don't base your decision to go there solely on mine. I ordered an Italian sub. First I was surprised at the size of the sandwich for what I paid for it. There was also minimal contents to the sandwich. On top of that the bread was very stale. I left there very dissatisfied. I didn't even eat all my bread that's how bad it was. I'm not sure if I will go back or not.
Love this place! Best sandwiches in town! The employees are friendly, the food is SO good and there are so many different options.If you don’t feel like a sandwich, the chicken tenders are delicious too!
Of the 5 in our party, 3 of us had good sandwiches. The other 2 said theirs were just ok, so 3 stars out of 5. The food came out quickly and the service was good. I would go back.
Not your traditional Deli or Gill. There is a great at variety of food options and the quality of the ingredients is first class. From the bun to the house Ranch, it was all delicious. The staff was exceptional too. Great expense and highly recommended.
We just ordered from work. We got the puniest sad sandwiches ever. Fries were puny and cold..My combo was $13.96. Don't waste your money on this place..Go to Jumbo and Delicious instead
