5/31/2022 @11:30pm I was threatened with violence by the employee who answered the phone and refused to identify himself. I was only asking for delivery. I have no idea what happened. I called back seval timesasking for the name of the employee who has a Mexican accent name. I was meet with more threats on my life. So much for southern hospitality. The man who answered the phone identified as the owner and manager multiple times.
My sis ordered food from Roma and the delivery driver left the food outside in the heat on top of Ants- when she called to complain that ants were literally crawling all over her food (even inside the pizza box) the delivery service called the restaurant to request they replace the order because ants were all over everything and the restaurant refused. Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever heard of- STAY AWAY! There are way too many pizza places around to risk getting a screwed up or inedible order and risk the restaurant not doing anything at all to rectify it. It may not be the business’s fault but they did nothing to help the situation. No apology, just blamed the delivery service and washer their hands of the entire situation. Not acceptable! If a restaurant wants to partner with a delivery deceptive they are taking on that services actions and should have replaced the order. PERIOD! Spread the word! STAY AWAY OR RISK LOSING YOUR HATD EARNED CASH IF THEY SCREW UP.
We order from here often, we always love the food we order so this review has nothing to do with the food we receive. BUT, we also deliver for doordash out of here quite often, today I had an unpleasant experience with the manager there. He was cussing so much about one of the employees supposedly stealing "his tips." OK, fine whatever I'd be mad too but don't discuss it when you have customers in your store, especially when every other word coming out of your mouth is a cuss word. It's unprofessional. I asked to speak to the owner or manager before I left (I didn't realize this same person was the manager), he literally followed me out the door and said "I'm sorry I hurt your little feelings, but he stole my tips!" I said "well it's very unprofessional and bad for your business to speak the way you were while having customers in your store." He kept cussing and literally screaming at me as I was leaving. Several people outside witnessed this person's actions. I will never be ordering from Roma's or doordashing out of there again. Beyond unprofessional and rude!!

I specifically put to "NOT KNOCK ON THE DOOR, LEAVE OUTSIDE" because it's late and I didn't want my dog barking and waking up the kids. Not only did the delivery person knock, but they continued knocking when I didn't come at first. Pay attention to your order details, jesus christ. Will do Pizza Hut next time, they take curbside delivery seriously.
Ordered for delivery...it was on time. The lasagna had no meat at all in it. Ordered spaghetti with meatballs ln the side..no meatballs came. Very disappointed
I loved Roma's pizza but i don't know what's going on with them. Twice this week I got delivered the wrong pizza. Tonight I ordered one of my usuals Philly steak on thin crust. I got hand tossed I was gonna just eat it but after a couple of bites I started feeling sick. The meat smelled horrible and tasted bad. What a waste of $21.... I will order somewhere else for now on.

Not authentic pizza, more like papa johns, which was disappointing to me. But my husband seemed to love it and he is very picky, so that’s a plus.
