I’ve ordered pizza from here multiple times, It’s always fresh and very good. The employees and service on the other hand not so much. Ordered a pizza and brownie online specifically with the “No contact” option. I requested for it to be left on the porch. The delivery driver knocked at the door so i waited about a minute to open it and he was still there. I avoided him, hoping he would leave the pizza after a minute or two. He kept knocking on the door and wouldn’t leave, I came down and opened the door where he didn’t say a word. He handed me my food and said “Didn’t think anyone was home” while he walked off. Shouldn’t have left a tip!
Ordered pizza before leaving Hobby Lobby. We were greeted promptly upon arriving and pizza was ready in 5 minutes. Great service!
Wait times have seemingly increased and accuracy of orders have dropped. Today they forgot my drink, told me it would be sent with the next delivery person, and an hour later they claimed they never said that but didn’t refund me until I called again. Lying is the final straw. I’m no longer a customer of this establishment.
Ordered a pizza and experienced poor quality again…. Unbelievable that people can drop and drag your dinner behind their car and expect you to be happy about it…Never again…. Take your “PAPA POINTS “ and shove ‘em”
I placed an order on door dash for at 9:45 pm. They close at 11pm. They immediately declined my order and took my money. I won’t get the money returned for 5 days. I called and I was on hold for 15 minutes just for someone to answer and say “Papa Johns, we closed early today”.
Doesn’t even deserve a one star review. Absolutely terrible! Stop outsourcing to Doordash and etc... these are horrible companies with atrocious employees. NOT MY FRONT DOOR! And then gets rude with me!
I'm always very pleased with my order. And I would say probably the last couple of months there has been a new older lady in drive-through I believe her name is Jennifer?. That is always extremely kind
Employees are nice, pizza is good. Papa John's needs to have employees wear masks per CDC guidelines. No one was wearing one.
Pizza was delicious service was great It may have been my error I timed it so I was maybe ten minutes later with pickup
Terrible customer service, employees mumble if you can even understand them at all.
