You can have a bagel for breakfast or a hardy soup for lunch. Panera is always a good place to get a bite to eat.
The girl who works drive thru in the mornings is rude every time I come through. She always hands you the bag and immediately slams the window shut. Today I didn’t even attempt to say thank you because normally I’m just saying it to the closed window, and she had the audacity to sarcastically yell “you’re welcome”. She should not be employed in a customer service job at all but definitely not working the window.
Internet here is not strong at all. I have a brand new computer and mine is extremely sluggish on this internet. Worse than dial up ever was.Bathrooms. Wow. Someone got paid way too much to design and engineer the layout on those bathrooms. For as big as this dining room is, theres no room in those bathrooms. I hit a a child in the head as I was coming in the door and she was coming out of the first stall. Hopefully she’s ok but if my child ended up with an injury over those doors, I’d be suing in a heartbeat.Many of the tables are dirty and need to be wiped off. They need someone to come around with a rag and offer to wipe tables - occupied and unoccupied.There needs to be a change out option in place of the chips. If I’m already having a sandwich, I don’t want to now also have bread with it. A small cup of soup or fruit, or potato salad, pasta salad, something… would be so much nicer.They are relatively quick here and the food is good but it’s close to several churches and the place is packed on Sunday afternoons.
Didn't get service and it has happened four times coming into this place. Manager needs to observe what is happening and open up another register. Too much conversation with a worker and patrons.
Fantastic. Love my Pick 2 and so glad wild chicken rice soup back to stay! Good clean food and great service whether dine in or ? through.
Ordered a meal on the app and went to the exact restaurant it was ordered to and waited and the order was nowhere to be found and they had no intention of replacing the order or refunding my money even though I had confirmation on my phone. Ordered the same order again because I had already waited so long for the other order and the app said it had been ready for 10 minutes so I go inside and it’s sitting in a bag with 4 people standing around doing nothing
My wife and I went here a couple of days ago and talking about getting ripped off. I ordered a combo meal was way over charged, and there were no napkins, no spoon for the soup, no cookies that were ordered. No one will answer the phone and the phone message says dining room open, that's not true. Twice this has happened that thing's ordered were left off. Doubt we will be back.
Breakfast is the best meal of the day why don't you serve this all day? Wake up ! Also you're a Bakery not a deli stay in your lane Panera!
I eat at Panera frequently. This was my first visit to this location. I was rang up incorrectly. The sammie was delicious just not at all what ordered. The cashier was super unfriendly. It was weird to me given my wonderful experience at multiple other Panera locations.
Went in on Sunday Nov. 7th. 830am. I love the souffle. Had only 2 in the hot plate . asked the guy at the register were they cooking more he said 17 mins. Ok no problem . while i was paying. Another customer comes up and one of the employees knew him and ask if then had anymore souffle . the employee with to the back and came back with 5 more and let the person behind me buy all of them . this is so unprofessional and playing favorites, I will pass on this information to everyone i know and we will not be back .this location already has bad reviews. No signs of it getting any better.
