My fiance Brian and I stopped here after watching a review for Nashville hot chicken places. Let me tell you we were not disappointed, it was sooo good!!! The chicken was so flavorful and juicy with a crispy coating and Dave the owner was the nicest guy. We got there right before he closed and yet he still took the time to have a great conversation with us. He gave us a sample of his brisket and that was also phenomenal we plan to go back for that tomorrow!! Oh and the sweet tea is delicious ?

Hot, delicious, Nashville chicken. Honestly the best and most authentic chicken you can get in Nashville. It’s hot, flavorful, juicy, crispy and absolutely delicious. The sides are delicious and filling. I’ve been to Bolton’s, Prince’s and Hattie B’s and this place is simply better tasting and more authentic.Mr Moore (the owner) is very friendly and gave us great service. There’s free parking but you might need to call to place your order. If you’re looking for hot chicken, come here. If you’re looking for the place Nashville locals go for hot chicken, come here. It’s worth it.

Best spicy fried chicken I’ve ever had in my life! Mr. Moore was super friendly, and he knows how to create customers for life! Highly recommend this place over any other touristy chicken spots in Nashville.

We popped in to eat here one day, and was rudely told that if we didn't call ahead, he would feed us if he had time. We decided we would wait anyway because we heard great things...took almost an hour before he served us food...we were the only people in the place.

Great place to get fried chicken. Very crispy, very well seasoned. The mild is spicy enough for me.

Tried to stop here on a road trip across the country on the strong recommendation of a friend. I figured if I wanted to experience Nashville chicken I couldn't go wrong with a recommendation from a friend. Drove 20ish minutes out of the way and, unfortunately, despite all information on Google and even the hours on the door indicating it was open for business, the resuarant was closed. Usually not a big deal, however we're pressed for time and now I can't actually back track to the other recommended spots actually IN Nashville. So no chicken for me, I guess.

Wasted $11 and some change. My food was terrible. Green beans were so salty I had to take a drink after that first bite, the Mac and cheese was dry and the fish, SMH! there was no way that was fried fresh. It was so tough you almost couldn't bite it apart. The only thing fresh with this plate was the moist soft piece of bread that came with it. Imma stick to getting my fish plates from nashvile.

Came in and off the top dude was rude and acted like I was an inconvenience. I let it slide cause I’m a kitchen manager and know how it could be sometimes. Came home and looked in my food the fries weren’t even edible you get 2 stars cause your chicken is ok. No disrespect but you gotta drop that attitude bro.

Beware and remember that you’ve been warned! This was the worst hot chicken I’ve ever had in all of Nashville! For starters, I was warned beforehand by my best friend’s wife that from her experience, it was not a good place to eat. From the moment we walked in, the owner was extremely rude and he treated us like we were inconveniencing him. We ordered the hot chicken wings, leg quarters and fries. The chicken was dark and looked like it was fried in old burned grease. And when we bit into it, that’s exactly what it tasted like! The entire meal was not edible. Extremely disappointed and felt like I was taken advantage of for $20!! On a scale of 1 to 10, I give it a negative 10! ??

Visitors from Pennsylvania. We heard this was the best place for chicken. We heard right ! By far the best chicken sandwich I have had and amazing Mac n cheese too. Will be back next time we are in Nashville
