First time trying here. Spring rolls are delicious! The lo mein was good; chicken on a stick were ok - not bad, but not great either. Bourbon chicken was so salty and tough that I couldn't eat it.
We are just passing through for the day, and came across this place as it's near the hotel. Place os super clean and the food was DELICIOUS! They have a large menu. Generous portions as well. Price is good and service was great too. Young man at the counter was very nice.
I've tried this place a few times(delivery). The food here is good, but not great. I love Chinese food and have had some great Chinese food while living in Hawaii and California, but I can only say this is good. The pricing on this is equivalent to a more upscale Chinese restaurant for no reason. The coconut shrimp is good but they're a little stengy on the sauce. It's also overpriced. Also, door dash delivery on this used to be free with dash pass. Now it has an $8 delivery even with dash pass. There are still restaurants listed farther away that's $0 with dash pass, but yours is closer and is $8 for some reason. Not sure why restaurants that are farther away are $0 with dash pass but yours isn't... I can't justify $8 delivery fee on top of $4+ on door dash fees, plus $6 on driver tip.. That comes out to like $16 of a base service/delivery fee not including the food.. Due to the ridiculous delivery fee, I am not ordering from here anymore.
The food is better than the other takeout options in town but they are selling 26 ounce boxes as a quart, a quart is 32 ounces.Just something I noticed. It's a Fold Pak box and the ounces are right on the bottom of the box.I think they could do a lot more business with their own delivery and ditch Grub Hub, just like pizza places.
I love this place and the food but this last time my food was very dry for some reason. I will continue going to Mings Kitchen because things happen.

This place is far better than another, similar restuarant not far from here. Every time we come here, the food is always good.Never been disappointed. For the money, the proportions are amazing. Their food here is much better than some of the other Chinese restaurants in the area. Great job folks.
The “pork” egg roll was without pork! The egg foo young was ok but the gravy was without flavor. The house fried rice had frozen peas and carrots, a couple of shrimps and a sprinkling of onions. I think the race was pre-cooked and or frozen. Overall very disappointing
Had this place 8/21/21 around 11am. Ordered vegetables and fried rice. Threw my entire meal away because it taste like dirty mop water or something wasn't right. I will say the best thing was the fortune cookie but it wasn't worth $8. I will not try this place again.
Ming Kitchen may appear as a small business but one that deserves more recognition. The food is great, perfectly packaged in a tight container that prevents spills and is ready to go in almost no time. You can also choose to eat inside, as there is some seating available. It has a quiet atmosphere, was not too crowded during my first visit yesterday. The menu has a great selection of items, though no pictures, so it is difficult to imagine what the product looks like. I think photos can be a great way to portray value in something and attract interest. But there is a lot of variety so you may need a moment to decide.Though my specialty is in portrait photography, I thought I’d snap a few pictures of the Bourbon Chicken with Chow Mein. (If you need a photographer, I’d be happy to volunteer!)
