Burritos cold, didn't receive salsa. Order a medium frappe, received a small. No straw, no napkins. Went inside to have order corrected(ordered curbsid), I was told hold on 5 times, before someone would assist me. Only received salsa.
This place used to be good but the new crews they have couldn’t care less. If you get told to pull into one of the spots and wait for someone to bring out your order, don’t do it! The order won’t be correct and you will have to walk in to get it fixed. Just hold at the window and make them serve you there.
Drive thru was awesome. Took my order quickly. They were very friendly and my order was done quickly and correctly. Thank you for being an amazing drive thru crew and awesome customer service. It is very appreciated.
Lanika was the nicest ever! We got there at 10:55 PM about because the hours say 24 hours (they aren’t — they are 5 AM to 11 PM) and she still took our order and was so nice! All smiles even though she did not have to! Give that girl a raise! She also took the order of the car who got there some time after us.
I was thrilled that they got my egg mcmuffin correct (no cheese) but they forgot my hashbrowns. The guy was extremely apologetic and got them for me no questions. Other McDonald's I have experienced this with have typically acted indignant in the past but not here.
OK so this is the most dull place I have ever been in my life. I mean I walked in and my high hopes was dashed to peace's. Dull and dreary is the best way to describe this place.
Order is never right, at all of them, say No Cheese you get it or they leave out something good burgers great fish sandwich poor help.
I ordered a Oreo McFlurry and was not given the right size. Compared to my friend who received the normal size and amount, I was provided a smaller size while I paid the same amount. I do not appreciate this discrimination and incompetence.
Got there at 8:51 pm. The lobby was closed. No sign. I went through drive thru and don’t have breakfast meals. They said today they decided not to do breakfast. Lazy people.
The order is wrong 99% of the time and they make mistakes on what they charge you. Then the staff gets upset with me because they fixed the food wrong? Staff has been rude 99% of the time when I’ve visited. I don’t eat this garbage but every so often my kids want it for some unknown reason but no more. I’m done with the entire thing.
