First window was standing open with no worker. After several minutes she walked by made eye contact but walked passed. Finally took payment no acknowledgement second window basically same. Food was typical. Unfortunately typical is right in the middle of fresh and not fresh. Luck warm. Fries hot enough but not enough salt. Busy is good! Bland or mediocre is not.
Worse thing, 3 individuals, I ordered first eggs, sausage and hash brown. My niece ordered next hot cakes, sausage and hash brown. Nephew eggs, hash brown and hot cakes. Ordered in this order. I didn't get my scrambled eggs so I went to the register saying I didn't get my eggs. He went to check, came back and said "yes you did, we put them on the same plate." Can you believe he expected us to use one fork and share eggs on the same plate!!!! I will never go to McDonald's again!!! The Main St. store, Hendersonville TN
No napkins, no toilet paper in restrooms...but food was hot and fresh. Employees extremely nice.
Some food is always cold.Even though I complained, nothing was done to correct it.
This McDonald's is the absolute worst run one I've ever seen and I've lived in Memphis. Try to make this a fun thing for my daughter between dance and church and 4 of the last 5 weeks its not been possible because of the slow, innacurate service we get. I understand staffing is extremely difficult these days for most businesses but cmon.

For $3.39 plus tax you would expect your order to be full. That’s a lot of money for french fries into only have the container filled halfway makes me feel like I’m getting ripped off
