I enjoy the food usually from here. Lately, last 3 visits (covers about 3 months), the orders have been slow and wrong. On 7-15, we decided to go because we were in Hendersonville, it's a 25 min plus trip from my house. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich as a wrap. Which they did. Got home, there was some barely, at my house we call it RAW bacon on the sandwich. Keep in mind, bacon doesn't come on a grilled chicken sandwich. I looked at the receipt and the cashier had entered grilled chicken club. This was my dinner ?. I had also asked for no condiments..it was dripping with honey mustard AND the ticket said no honey mustard ?. So I will take a break from this location for awhile. If you go, have them repeat your order and open everything and check it before you leave, or you may end up eating potato salad only for dinner ( I don't eat pork).
Food is always good but service is lacking. You can order ahead and still end up waiting for your food. They usually forget to put something in the bag so I always check when picking up here.
Went on a Sunday afternoon. Waited 20 minutes in line to order two chicken salad sandwiches with chips. We didn’t get our food until 55 minutes later. In the meantime they closed the dining room. It was 1:30 pm!! Don’t know what the problem was and didn’t get any apology for the wait. Don’t think I will be coming back anytime soon.

Terrible and lackadaisical service. Got my sandwich order wrong twice, each with a condiment I didn't want. I took the plate back up and said I didn't want it. No apologies; no offer of refund. Avoid this place.
Honestly I would give 0 stars if I could. I was standing at the counter for 5 minutes before any of the 5 girls standing at the front acknowledged me. When they finally asked how they could help they gave attitude and acted like it was an inconvenience that they actually had to work/help me. I get that they’re kids, but they should still be respectful and know that they’re working in customer service. Food was also cold by the time i got it, it had probably been sitting there for a while until they could finish counting the drawer right infront of me before they gave me my order.
Placed an online order & went to pick it up. When I arrived I noticed the pick up window was wrapped around the building. There was at least 10 cars in front of me. The inside was closed so I was stuck waiting in the line. Almost 30 mins later I get to the window to be asked if I minded circling the building. Got my money back & went somewhere else. If you do not have enough employees to run the store, close!!! Not acceptable.
I'd honestly give it zero stars if it were possible. I cannot tell you how poor the experience that we had was. We went for three sandwiches with one side each and was told that our order would take 20 minutes to prepare and to "go park somewhere else" so she could get the other people in line. 40 minutes later we were still waiting after returning to the takeout window being told that our order was being bagged for the second time in the last 15 minutes.I was then handed another person's order. Had to hand that food back and wait another 5 minutes for them to locate and pass our order to us. By far the worst experience I've had at a restaurant in a very long time and I will not be returning.
We ordered delivery as a company. Our food was delivered without all of our order. Asked for a refund and they are having to reach out to door dash to get that. Door dash was amazing and super sweet. McAlister's wasn't all it was talked up to be.
