Advertised Hot-N-Ready, Not pull in the parking lot, and wait 45 minutes. Teenagers screaming, singing, talking on the phone at window. Place needs to legit go out of business.
BE CAREFUL ORDERING ONLINE. I ordered online and went to pick it up and they were closed. So because the manager didn't turn the stores portal off I was charged for pizza I never received . They also never answer the phone .
This place is absolute trash. Placed my order around noon for 5:15 pickup. Ended up getting off work early. Called at 3:45 and asked if I could pick up at 4:15. They said I’d have to cancel my order and redo it and I would be refunded my original order within 24 hours. I told them I had used a promo code and asked if I would lose that. They said yes. I asked why they can’t just move my order up and make it now. They said they have to wait for it to come up based on the scheduled time in the computer. I asked to speak to the manager. He said I was already speaking to the manager.I repeat - absolute trash. Horrible way to do business. Won’t be returning to this location.
Got two double pepperoni pizzas and two orders of bread sticks both bread sticks where burned My kids were trying to eat the burned pieces and I threw the rest away this is what was left and I was going to throw it away and decided to go ahead and put this on here because they weren’t answer phone for me to complain so I put it on here instead !!!!!!
This location constantly accepts your pizza portal order then tells you it's ready in the pizza portal but locks the lobby. The only way to retrieve it is to wait in a long drive through like that barely moves. Don't accept my order if I cant pick it up.
This use to be a great place to get pizza but between the wait, attitude of the worker and the pizza that I wouldn’t have feed to my dog. I know to to worker’s there just collecting a paid check it doesn’t matter but I won’t be back…ever. I might as well took 12 dollars and put a match to it.
Bad attitudes & work very slow ! They can careless that you've waited 20 + mins. Cooperate needs to hire new people !
Horrible service and beyond bad attitude from the PM crew and managers. Arrived at this location on a Thursday night 9/23 at 845pm. Lobby was closed so waited in the drive-thru. There is no box, so you speak to someone at the window to place your order. I waited behind several cars and was second in line at 855pm. The last car took forever to get their order, and by the time I pulled up, was 9:07pm. An irritated man-child at the window told me they were closed and everyone behind us in line would have to leave. I asked for the manager, he reiterated the same to all of us that had been waiting 20 minutes in a dysfunctional drive thru. WILL NOT RETURN. PLEASE USE GALLATIN LC or don't spend your money with them.

Fun fact: this is the first & original Little Caesars location. If you ask the person at the counter, they’ll take you in the back and show you all the original equipment. It was really an interesting and incredible experience right here in Hendersonville.Pizza was a little cold though - won’t be returning
