Went through the drive thru at 5:30PM and was told they already quit making burgers because they closed at 6PM. What kind of restaurant closes at 6PM? That's universal dinner time. Also not sure why they stop selling burgers 30 mins before their ridiculous closing time. Luckily there are some restaurants that are actually interested in running a business and selling food close by. They should just permanently close if that's going to be their hours.
Could not have gotten my order more wrong and didn’t seem to even care. Person operating the window, older gentleman, seemed put out by asking for a side of pickle. Never going back to this Krystal, I’ll drive a few more miles to one that listens to the customer and delivers what was ordered.
The food was ok but I ask for different item on my sandwiches . But no extras.
Best Krystal experience in a while. Only car in the drive thru?. Food was correct and hot. Everything was in the bag. Lol that alone made for a fun visit.
Wanted breakfast but it was stopped at 10 instead of 11. Instead ordered from lunch menu. I did not know the fries are new. Those were the best. Loved them.
I always love to eat here when visiting my family. This trip was the worst and I will never eat here again. Employees are the worst, rude, disrespectful, and don't listen to customers.
Service was OK. Food mediocre for the price. Used to be a great little burger, not so much today.
Food was a little better than expected, but the people were so much better than expected. So very nice and friendly, and acted truly glad to see us.
Food is always good and well prepared. But it is a little bit more time to get your order, but it's worth it.
I love Krystal’s , but it’s just hit or miss... either hot and fresh or NOT...If it’s hot and fresh I would give 5 Stars, update. New employees, the last few times I’ve been through the drive thru it has been a lot better...
