4/8/22 11:30 ish. I normally eat at the Gallatin location, but was in the area so I stopped at this one. Gallatin definitely takes the cake. I have to say each time I have dined here the quality is lacking. Onions/tomatoes are not crisp and fresh, dining room was quite dirty. Meat is usually flat and lacking. I understand going a little light on it for cost effective reasons, but I mean 2 pieces of each meat on a club seems cheated.Service was quick though, so that's a plus!
Attention Management and business owner!! Please care more for your female employees.A female employee decided to help a young male employee sweep. Instead of saying thank you, he decided to say she should be the one sweeping because they're the woman. Right before National Women's day! Infront of customers!! unbelievable!! Guy in charge said he was going to write a report. No apology given to the young lady working who was clearly feeling less than the person she is. She obviously had a good heart. The young man smirking like he'd be glad to say it again and from the sounds of it, he has said rude and female belittling things before. Even the other employees where appalled at what he said. I can't even imagine what he says when there are no customers around. At this day and age this type of behavior should be unacceptable from employees to other fellow employees.Everything else was great. Food was delicious.

5 employees in the store and only one knew what they were doing. Little girl wrapping the sandwich didn't know how to do it? Really teach her. Wrapped before all my stuff was on the there and had an attitude when I told her I was not done. Definitely they need more training in the store. First time we didn't say anything 2nd come on now how hard is it to learn to wrap a sandwich?
I love going here, but today was truly a mess. I went in feeling happy and in a good mood, but there was so much negativity in there that I felt so uncomfortable. The 4 workers were visibly unhappy. Complaining about their boss in front of everyone in line and rolling their eyes. Just so clearly miserable.
Sandwich was delicious, and the crew was fast in preparing it. Super friendly service, and I was greeted as I came in. I definitely will be going back.
I absolutely love Jersey Mikes sandwiches. And I eat here very often couple time a week However this past year every time I order the same thing The club sub which comes with Turkey+Ham+Bacon+Cheese+Onion+Mayo I order this sandwich mikes way and add pickles every time. Every time my husband comes in to get this he has to watch the workers like a hawk now because several times he has gotten home and their is no Bacon Andy added pickles not o. There. Tonight they didn’t add the bacon Mayo or pickles and he had to ask the employee again to make sure this was added. He thought the guy was doing this after being asked twice. He gets home with my sandwich and luckily the bacon is there but not my pickles this time. The menu calls for all of this except the pickles. It’s not rocket science to add what comes onto a sandwich. The food is fabulous!! However please train the employees better so I don’t have to find another sandwich shop to spend my hard earned money at. You should have to ask twice for items that clearly is on the menu with the sandwiches or get home and something be missing. These sandwiches are not cheap!! Thank you!
Love the quality and quanity of their food. Wish they had the Italian bread like you can get at Subway. If they could develop the Italian bread, they would have Subway beat ten fold.

Great subs! The staff tonight 10/29 made the night. They were all polite, personable and just great kids! Give them all a raise!
