I ordered at 6 p.m. for delivery and we are 5 minutes from the store. After an hour of waiting we called and the person reported that they did not have our order in the system. I gave them the order confirmation number that I had, my cell phone number, and informed them that the money have been received out of my account. The manager on duty did not realize that the worker did not mute the phone and we could hear her talking in the background saying that we did not pay. In addition whenever my fiance went to pick up the food he was treated like we did not believe him after showing them the receipt. We were also told to wait an additional 25 minutes before coming to pick up the pizza. He waited that long and it is now 8 and he is still sitting at the store waiting on our food.
The pizza here is so good! I visit Nashville often as my family lives there. The staff is very kind and lovely people. Will return every time i’m in town for sure. Always the best to order from. One of the workers, I can’t remember his name is so nice to me and my friends when we were there this past weekend.
Absolutely terrible business. I have ordered from this location 3 times and all 3 times My family's order was wrong. Not just wrong but not even close. When I check the receipt, it reads correct. The staff does not take the time to verify the order or product. If You are going to do it, Do it right. Waste of time and product. If You are looking for a good product and a product that is made correctly....ROMAS is the way to go. They have been the savior. They do not make sandwiches but the product arrives correct everytime....EVERYTIME! If Zero stars was a option, It would be My choice.
DO NOT WORK HERE. They will hold your check. I am a former employee that was cut due to not wanting to close. They have had accusation in the past of shorting checks and withholding and I can now confirm it is true. The owners are very narcissistic to the kids they have working for them. Ask any of them if an owner has made the cry and most if not all will say yes. If you do go there make sure to ask for the discounts you can usually get a large 2 toppings for $10. Or family special lg gourmet and a lg 1 toppings for $25

The last few months orders have been taking much longer than they told me it would. Once I waited in the lobby 25 minutes past the stated maximum pickup time. I'm aware of staff shortages and I'm fine with orders taking a long time to fill, but please tell me up front. The pizza quality and freshness has always been great so we kept returning despite this problem. However, tonight they told me 35-45 minutes for delivery, but it was 1 hour and 25 minutes. The pizza was old, dry, and barely warm. We had to put it in the oven to reheat it but it did not taste good and was tough to eat. Hopefully things turn around soon, but I won't be going back for a while. I'm leaving 3 stars because it has been so good in the past. Tonight was a 1-star experience though.
Pizza was awful tasting. Not to mention they sent 2 pizzas with no sauce and one order was wrong. When they tried to fix, the second delivery never arrived. Overpriced tasting cardboard. Should have gone to pizza hut, but gave this local company a try. Wife was mad at me all night. Married men, avoid this place like the plague if your wife is hungry. Just gross food.

We just moved into town and needed some food. We wanted to try a local pizza place. The 3 of us agree. Best pizza maybe ever. So good. Can’t wait to try it again.
