Don't get me wrong .. I LOVE the food! The food is so many times better than the "underground train"This location only got 3 stars because, although we were VERY Specific about how we wanted our sandwiches, they still managed to mess up the order. Believe it or not, "Plain means PLAIN"I will continue to go to this location. Hey, they got MY sandwich order right!
Very neat and friendly staff. Must try their Virginia honey ham sandwich. So delicious and you will enjoy when it’s hot. Even the place looks neat and quite. Can bring over friends and family for dine in. No wait time and quick response for your food. The place is so spacious. Thought the parking lot gets filled sometimes.
I have mixed feelings. Very expensive for what you get (a large sandwich was $15) trashy establishment, rushed by cashier, but good sandwiches. They have 1 drink machine that does all those custom flavors, So if you have a family ahead of you, you're going to be standing there a while waiting to get your drink.I was surprised by the condition of the inside, being in Indian Lake. The chili was good. I'll be back just for that brisket sandwich, but it will be orsered online, to go and no sides.
I love our local heroes, but this restaurant was way way overpriced. However, if you can afford a 20 dallor snack, please support this local business and 1st responders.Thank you for your service.
Italian on wheat large. Yummy! They are always so friendly and fast! Great place
Order was placed through door dash. (Whole nother story) I will never go to this restaurant again. The sandwich I got was a 6 inch sub. Ordered a large 11 to 13 inch. There was a long blonde hair in the sandwich. See photo. Very disappointing. (I will not use door dash any more either. )
Staff was very inconsiderate when taking orders. 3 of the 4 simple sandwiches, (2 kids ham & cheese's and 1 chicken bacon ranch) were made incorrectly and staff struggled to make simple corrections, including adding/offering ranch sauce on chicken bacon ranch. We were charged for extra pickles and sides the staff refused to give/serve us. We will not return to this location.
Love their subs. I tried the Caribbean jerk turkey.. so amazing. Very friendly and helpful employees. We definitely will be visiting again
Best subs around. My favorite is the meatball sub or club on a sub. Both excellent and melt in your mouth. Great customer service as well.
