Rarely a line in drive thru when ive gone and super friendly employees! I love this DD location!
This was the BEST donut related experience I’ve EVER had!!! I was amazed at the speed, precision, and kindness from employees. Will be sure to come many, many more times.
I love dunkin, but it's very inconsistent. This is the only dunkin I've found so far that is consistent. They are so nice and work so fast! I love this dunkin.
The older blonde lady at the window was very sassy to me about asking for a Pup Cup. I come here every day and no one has EVER charged me for it, yet I got quite a bit of attitude about it and she told me they are $1. I don’t mind paying for it, but I’m tired of almost every employee here being rude to me at the window. I tip almost every time but I didn’t this time because of the experience. My pup and I won’t be returning to this location ??
Every time I come to this location there is a operation issue. Today the drive through is closed because it’s raining- so they want all their customers to get out of the car in the rain and come in to order. Never returning again. Whoever is running this location hopefully is aware that management is making poor decisions and losing customers.
I just want to give a shout out to mark personally for my experience today . Extremely professional was spot on with the order and over all the friendless person I have ever encountered with at Dunkin . Thanks again Mark we will be back to this location again !
This Dunkin has great service, however, they always seem to be either out of cups or out of flavors. Every time I go try to order a seasonal flavor, they have been "discontinued", yet are easily available down the road at the other dunkin. Either the manager doesnt know what their doing, or refuses to order the appropriate quanities. They always have seasonal pumpkin available year round though...
I am not normally one to complain.. everyone makes mistakes and I understand that.. but when your order is completely incorrect or your missing items yet still charged on almost every order.. that is inexcusable. I don’t know who manages this store or why things are not checked before they get sent on their way for accuracy but today was the last day I will ever go to this DD.
I mean....why y'all, it's all over social media that you guys toss donuts upside down and squish them and are so careless with purchases from guests. Do you not learn anything. Chocolate side up people and use separate bags for delicate items. So inconsiderate and pathetic.
7/10 times your order will not be correct if you order from an app, it's like they just want to make you what they want instead of what you actually order, just ridiculous.
