Very unprofessional employee at this location. A young lady took our order and got one of the drinks wrong. We asked her to remake it because it tasted very off, instead of saying “I’m so sorry, we are busy right now but I will remake that for you as soon as I can” she said “we are busy right now we will not remake it for you” she also didn’t offer any refunds. Very poor customer service at this location.
It’s ridiculous that every time I’ve come here within the last SEVERAL months, they have been giving food out to customers with NO BAGS. This is like fundamentals 101 of customer service and running a food business period. It’s gross and unprofessional to be giving out food to customers without a bag. Not to mention it’s impossible to carry it all! If nothing else, being cheap like this will slowly send them out of business. Simply get bags! You’re literally Dunkin Donuts!
Wanna take a moment and recognize the nice ladies working today at the Indian lake location. I came in for a DoorDash and the wait time was over 30 minutes, unfortunately. However, 3 people staffed on a Sunday morning is a failure on behalf of Dunkin and NOT their associates. There were 30+ customers inside the store along with DoorDash pickups and more than 10 cars in the drive thru. They kept their composure and cleared the wait time and mobile orders with ease. I work in a very high volume culinary field and have nothing but respect for these ladies. A special shout-out to the young African American lady that was putting out endless fires and still smiled at every customer that walked in the door. I did not catch her name but her professionalism and patience is highly revered.
Ms Maggie made the most DELICIOUS avacado toast with roasted tomatoes She was so friendly and kind when delivering my food to the window. This made my day! Going to This Dunkin’ Donuts is the best way to start your day
I understand places are understaffed but It is not that hard to have basic customer service skills and say “hello, we will be with you in a minute.” We walked inside to pick out donuts with our 2 year old and we’re ignored COMPLETELY for the 5+ minutes we stood there and walked out. If they would’ve at least acknowledged our presence, we would’ve waited and ordered. That was just rude.
This is the slowest Dunkin I have ever been to. Even when they have a full staff, expect a 20 min wait with a line. It almost seems as though they work one customer at a time, from the time they order until they get their stuff before they even greet the next customer.

Dunkin is just about always great! Employee on the mic was funny when a spoiled lady in her giant Lexus SUV rolled up to drivethru wanting to order a GRANDE AMERICANO! Employee simply stated "medium ma'am?" Lady said GRANDE again....lol. Once the snobby woman realized the disconnect and she that she wasn't where she thought she was..... she said "Medium Americano." This can't be scripted any better. Employee was very polite and said of course, 1 medium coffee please drive up.
