This restaurant is just amazing. A great homey feel with friendly staff. I've yet to have a poor experience. The menu is diverse, with a verity of pastas and classic American cuisine. Some great menu items are the hamburger steak with the best baked potato in Nashville, the Mexican Spaghetti, and chicken Alfredo. Don't miss out on this restaurant if you are in the Nashville area.
Okay so this was my first time ordering food for take out from here and my last. What a joke. The portion of the Cajun chicken pasta I got was so small I swear it should be on a kids menu, I mean for 14 dollars I would expect more. I upgraded to the deluxe salad and for the life of me I can't figure out what makes it deluxe?? Lettuce, tomato, bell pepper and a2 cucumber, really?? I get ranch as my dressing and they didn't even fill the cup up half way let alone the whole way. Thank you Demo for ripping me off tonight. Not to mention the pasta was ice cold when I got it home and I don't live far from there, and I arrived 10 minutes before my pick up time.
Hadn't been there in quite awhile. Had a family lunch today and was pleasantly surprised. Great service from Dion. The food was very good from the warm bread and salad to the tender steaks. Biggest baked potato I've had at a restaurant. I would recommend.
We came into your restaurant two days ago at the request of a friend. We were not impressed by the food at all. Great prices, but the food reflects this. I would rather pay a dollar or two more and get a better quality meal. May give another chance down the road.
Immediately seated. Waitress didn’t introduce herself and seemed to have an attitude. Ordered fajita style chicken, no mushrooms, brown butter spaghetti that had a dash of brown powdery substance in the middle with little butter flavor. Side salad, in which she interrupted me, with no tomato or cheese request. Her curt reply was “it’s just a basic salad”. Chicken portion was small with very few peppers and onions. Portion small, service substandard. Unfortunately, based upon her attitude I won’t be returning. A ticket brought to the table gives me her name, Kristen, 126. Well Kristen, 126 you just cost Demos a customer. In fairness, watching you serve your assigned section, everyone was treated about the same. I don’t expect or need red carpet treatment but I do expect kindness and respect. I think when guests choose your business to spend their money at you need to do a better job of understanding that without those guests you, yourself, do not eat.
First and last. Pro - great staff pro- great breadcon - the salad was served on a small plate. Drink serve in the smallest glass. Food very little portion and sorry to say very disappointed. Food is just plain, bland, and tasteless. The spinach which is the specialty was hard.
Demo's is my very favorite steak restaurant! However, the last few times I have visited this location both the food and service have been abysmal. This last time we had a large party and they seated with us with a sweet but very inexperienced sever. He did his best, but he would not refill a glass to the top, he did not fill up the soup all the way, among other things. He seemed overwhelmed and ill equipped to handle it all. Then they were out of sirloins, a manager never came out to inform us or apologize, it was confusing and the food still came out all wrong. My ribeye steak was basically raw. I finally flagged down the only manager I could see and she took it and she proudly brought it back to me nearly burnt. I will not be coming back to this location. I will try the one in Lebanon next time and hope that one is better.

I realize everyone is short handed right now. You should consider not offering curbside pickup if you don’t have the staff. I followed directions on the sign and after almost 30 minutes I called. The woman told me she’d bring it out. I could have come inside to get it. She told me all about how shorthanded they are and did I know anyone that wants a job.My foods now been sitting out for at least 45 minutes. Come up with a plan for short staff days.The food is great when it’s fresh!
