food was fine, drive through service was fine. however, there were two things that i found unacceptable:1. overflowing trash bin outside. indoor seating was closed when we went (presumably bc of lack of employees). totally fine with an overflowing bin if the place was just absolutely flooded with customers. however, dq is not chick-fil-a: the drive through line did not wrap around the building 3 times. one of the employees, imo, would’ve/could’ve/should’ve taken the 5 minutes necessary to take the trash out so patrons on the porch didn’t have to deal with all the ants, bugs, etc. small thing to some, maybe, but pretty annoying to look at/smell/deal with2. there is a MASSIVE pothole in the lot. it’s so big that it’s hard to miss. if anyone happens to hit this in a lower-than-average to the ground car, there would be some serious problems. i’m no expert, but given the size/depth of this crater, i’m gonna guess this has been in their lot for quite some time, someone has probably mentioned it to management before, and no action has been taken. quite negligent imo. not sure whose responsibility it is to handle (local govt, franchisee, dq corp), but if someone in a ferrari comes through and hits this.. have fun in court
To the employee who came out and threatened to have my friend and I towed in front of our children today at around 12:30.We did avoid the chaotic parking lot next door and thank you for that. We had three children under the age of 4, two of which are on the spectrum. I assumed that because we parked the furthest away from your door, and that your lot was all but empty it wouldn’t be an inconvenience. So when you came outside and threatened my friend in front of her children, was it because us parking there hurt your bottom line? Did something come from your paycheck because if so, I truly apologize. If anything is parking there helped the perception of your popularity.I left four stars because giving one would make me easy to write off. We all have bad days. We all aren’t paid enough. I was in a drive thru myself at Starbucks two years ago. Your job is thankless and I hate that and your anger is valid. Please don’t take it out on my friend. Kids or not.
Experience - Sunday, February 13, 2022 (11:18am)Drive thru employee has poor customer service and both ice cream cones were melting and soft. For the price, at least the ice cream could've been solid. Never again.
As I read the previous comments, I see I’m not alone, We stopped by there after Church Sunday Morning, got 2 banana Splits, a medium shake and a large onion ring, I was surprised by the price being $25 ! Apparently they need to go to Baskin Robbins and learn how to make a banana Split! It was horrible! I asked for 2 pup cups for my two schnauzers for when we got home, the girl with the 3 inch eye lashes refused to give them to me. Well Dairy Queen that’s the last $25 you will get of mine. Baskin Robbins will be my ice cream shop of choice from now on.
The service at this location has been going down, down, down. And the food quality as well. I stopped buying their $6 meal deal because the hamburgers were dry and basically cardboard. The only reason why I kept going to this location was the prices. But they've done away with the only deal which kept me coming back: the 2 for $4 sundaes. I took my nephew and nieces there to get some sundaes last night, and instead of $8 for four SMALL sundaes, we were charged over $14. $3+ for a SMALL sunday is absurd. I could have bought an entire quart of icecream for what they charged for a SMALL. Which is exactly what I'll be doing from now on.
Wow. Stay away from this location. Staff wouldn’t get off their phones to get us our food. When we did get the food it was so cold! Bacon on my burger was chewy, the cheese was not melted, and the burger was cold. Go next door to Chick-Fil-A!

So i went back around to let them know so they could correct it.I get around there the little girl on the register has an attitude and telling me it is what you ordered but how are you going to tell me.and I know what i put in my mouth...I understand people may have a bad day... hell you are selling Ice cream! not bad energy and bad attitudes..i felt that negativity When i got to the window. I love Dairy Queen and it makes me happy when I have a bad day but today was not a good visit I love this location but today was not a good visit
Excellent service on greeting everyone in the drive-thru. However, please be mindful that the customer's are indeed watching how you facilitate business with your team members from the drive thru. There was one young lady and she didn't have a hat on or her hair pulled up completely. She has very, very long hair and it could have gotten into any of the food products she was handling. Also, the gentleman at the drive-thru just handed us the ice cream without lids....You're suppose to ask if we'd like lids, napkins, or spoons instead of just handing them to us - OR you can do what Sonic does, and place them into a bag and hand them along with the ice cream we ordered. There's room for improvement but they will get there.
Decided to give the Flamethrower Burger a try and was not disappointed. This is a great cheeseburger. Will definitely get it again. Drive thru worker was very polite and my order was brought out really fast.
