There's been alot of negative buzz around the customer service of this Culver's in particular. This is understandable of course, workers are people too and sometimes people have bad attitudes. But my last visit at Culver's was wonderful, despite the fact they got more order wrong. I sent it back and they corrected it without question, whilst being very polite. The food I did get was also good (a bit oversauced but that's my personal preference). Overall I understand how service can be bad, but I feel as though they've improved over this covid and flu season
Worst customer service I’ve ever received. The people here do not know what they are doing. First, they are making all their drive thru customers pull up. There’s like 8 cars waiting in front of the drive thru. I ordered the regular size mixed in M&M ice cream. So simple. Apparently they rang me up for a small cup of ice cream with M&Ms on top and when they brought it out and I corrected them. All they did was mix it together in the tiny cup. Which I ordered the big regular size! So a man named Drew came out and gave me an attitude for their own mistake and said he has to charge me more…after making me wait on THEIR mistake. I don’t mind paying but that is not how you offer good customer service and ESPECIALLY NOT with an attitude. Such an awful place. Not coming here again.
I am deeply disappointed in our experience at this Culver's. We sat in line for a while, which is to be expected, so that does not factor in for this review. However, after we paid at the window, we waited an additional 15 minutes. That in and of itself wouldn't have bothered me, if our order had been made correctly. We ordered $32 worth of food. We ordered 2 double ButterBurger with Cheese with ketchup, mustard and pickles. Then we ordered a third double ButterBurger with Cheese, but specifically with no bun (which we were told they were able to do) and added bacon and nothing else. What we received was a single with cheese with tomato and onion and everything else and a double with the same. Then the special no bun sandwich had a bun and no bacon. Also in our order was a side of cheese curds, 2 fries and 3 waters which were included correctly.
You know - I really don't like this place. The food is not that great and they serve Pepsi which sucks. However, my kids like it so I eat there. The only reason I give them a 5 star is the staff at this location. The kids running the place are awesome. I have been to a few other locations (all due to my kids) and those locations sucked. This one is different. This one has a 5 star staff!!!Bravo Zulu to a job well done!!!
Enjoy eating here. Tonight we ordered the cod sandwich and onion rings. Very good and filling. Realize everything is going up but that is the only reason for the 4 stars as I think they are a bit pricey.
Lots of horseplay in this restaurant. Everyone had on blue rubber gloves.. I watched a girl pick up something that another employee threw at her out of the floor in back of house TWICE with her gloved hand then went right back to making food without changing gloves. I watched another employee go outside touching the door handles and then right back to making food without changing gloves.Fries had so much salt we couldn't eat them, didn't put cheese on the cheeseburger, and the chicken tenders tasted like fish. The ketchup in the dinning room tasted sour.
Staff very friendly and there was nothing wrong with the food. However that was my first and last time as I am just not a fan of the taste of the food. We ate the sides but threw two full cheeseburgers away due to the taste.. So due to not really liking the food and price I will keep going to steak and shake. Much much cheaper and better tasting food.
The workers were friendly and the food was decent as well!
Used to be great. We would actually drive from another town to come over here. Covid has hit the place hard and they now hire people who cant even read. They care more about rushing you into a line and getting rid of you than quality.Problems with the last visit we will make1. Cold fries. Cold burger. Made fresh? Not anymore2. Sloppy. Wife could barely eat the burger because the bread was ripped into pieces3. "Cheese sauce" forgotten, yet again. Go inside to get it and my wife is in there almost 10 minutes, waiting, for them to "microwave the cheese sauce"Get back outside and the food is even colderThis has turned into just any other fast food place. No longer worth the drive unfortunately
I've been looking for battered whitefish (NOT catfish) to take out. Captain D's usually has unbelievably slow drive through... 20' in Gallatin.Culver's came through! Good batter (not cornmeal), cooked while you wait, not sitting on a warming box. The cod was perfect.
