The cookie was exceptional but the service wasn’t great. When I walked in I seen around ten employees working and I was not acknowledged, but everyone after me was greeted with welcome. Then on top of that I placed my order online and when I arrived I selected I’m here. And it said I was 1 in line. So I walked in and waited at the counter and a gentle man placed his ordered after I arrived. So how did he get his cookie before mine. When I was waiting first.
I’ve ordered cookies from this location numerous times and each time I’m never disappointed. The quality of the cookies has always been as expected. Each one a treat to taste and share. Sunday night’s weekly cookie reveal has become one of my favorite surprises!
Ordered 4 cookies and they were out and in the box before I could even finish paying! Service was top-notch for sure.These babies are HUGE and easily sharable. The menu rotates weekly, so if you don't see a flavor you like you can always give them another chance the next week (although who would pass up a delicious chocolate chip cookie is beyond me).

The best cookies by far. I absolutely love Crumbl cookies. 10/10 me and my boyfriend ate cookies from here and they were delicious. Highly recommend if you have a sweet tooth.
The ladies that work at this location are always so welcoming and kind and truly look like they enjoy working there which for me says a lot about the ownership. Aside from that these cookies are AMAZING! I am yet to have a cookie here I don't like and the concept is just so smart!
RIDICULOUSLY DELICIOUS!I’ve had them in Texas and Tennessee perfection across the board plus they are Handmade not frozen you can watch them make the cookies!Served warm and big!! Enough to share 1 cookie so get yourself one today!!❤️❤️❤️
I absolutely love the cookies here, like they genuinely could not be better. I love the options every time, and it’s super cool that they change each week. I miss the Valentine’s Day edition strawberry-cheesecake chocolate cookie.
Place isn’t open on the weekends, and is only open a few days a week select hours, so you basically it’s a giant waste of time. Cookies may be good but if they’re never open to sell them nobody will ever know. Oh well, we won’t bother with this place and plenty of other great places close by for sweets
Went for a check up at my dr and on the way out one of the receptionists offered me a cookie. I chose the chocolate chip and was not disappointed. It was delicious. Just ordered some for a friend. Definitely impressed the cookies are huge, very moist and delicious!!
