Overall experience was excellent.I went on a Sunday, and it wasn't as busy as we thought it would be, which was a plus. The service was excellent, and we walked in, were seated, and had drinks in a matter of moments. The food was delicious. As certain places are raising their prices and lowering the portions, Cracker Barrel has not joined that trend.Good food, good service, reasonable prices, you cant complain

Love Cracker barrel. Rather breakfast or dinner the food is good. This one in always pretty busy so be ready for a wait. Car side to go is pretty quick and that's what I use mainly unless with the family.Recommend- Granmas Pancake breakfast or French toast, and the classic Grilled Chicken tenderloin dinner.

We have always loved Cracker Barrel, the food, the atmosphere, the customer service. My family takes our mother there at least weekly. Today was different, my brother had a piece of trash in his food and when he asked to speak to the manager, the manager got upset at him and was asked to leave. I hope this is just a bad manager and not a shift in the way Cracker Barrel will be managed. It will be a while before any of us return, for both the trash on his plate and the management. I planned to share on several community pages and do a google review. This happened at the Hendersonville TN location.

We're sitting in Cracker Barrel right now.* We're locals, not tourists. We have NEVER HAD a good experience here ever. But, like a, "Glutton for punishment" we come back every so often hoping against hope to have at least one good experience here.We sat here for 45 minutes. People came in after us and were served ten minutes before we were. The food arrived cold. Our waitress blamed the grill cook. She said, "THERE'S TWO GRILL COOKS".ONE'S GOOD, AND THE OTHER NOT SO GOOD".I told her, "We have never had a good experience here".She did not apologize, acknowledge, or offer any way to make it right.I was a sales professional for many years, and one thing a salesman know is,"A problem is an opportunity to make a customer for life". Because it creates an opportunity to correct the problem to the customers satisfaction".That's not practiced at Cracker Barrel.

This review is long overdue. This used to be my favorite restaurant growing up. A few years back it all changed. Service is typically awful. Food is also pretty pathetic now.Today, I tried to order 5 meals for family to take home. I ordered in person and then waited a half hour in the car. I go inside and they then tell me “oh we’re out of roast beef”. That was 4 of the meals I ordered. Needless to say I asked for a refund and will NEVER come back. This is the last straw. I have had so many bad experiences in the last 7 years and giving them chance after chance, location after location from Tennessee all the way to Utah where we lived for 3 years. DONE!

I and my family have had dinner on 4 separate occasions at this location .The food has been served consistently cold to a lukewarm temperature’s. Today was no exception. I always give the benefit of the doubt, But no more. The server was very nice and professional. What I don’t understand is the difference in standards with the Cracker Barrel 12 minutes north?

I hate to give a bad review but we will not be back, unfortunately, as we love shopping at the little store too but…The inside seating was not even very busy. We waited 15 minutes for our water and then another 36 minutes for our food. After 50 minutes When the waitress brought it to the table everything was crusted over from sitting under the heat lamp for so long; my country gravy was congealed and the mashed potatoes had a hard crust. I started to talk to the waitress but she turned and ran off. Never checked on us, never brought us our bill. We ended up going to the cashier where we had to wait again for someone who knew how to look up tables and then he searched for it. If the food would have been hot and fresh I would not care about the wait but seriously Cracker Barrel. My son thinks the waitress name was Sarah

Arrived around 6:30 it was a 35min wait which wasn't an issue it was a Friday, we were finally sat around 7, we waited about 15m or so before Jackie the waitress came over to take our drink order and we were ready to order food, we waited over 45m for our drinks and over an hr for our food, there was only 4 of us one of those being a 3yr old who was very hungry. We visit this location often bc we are in the area frequently, about two weeks ago we had the same waitress and experienced the same issue we didn't say anything that night figured she was just having a bad night but I'm not sure that's the case she had multiple tables tonight not very happy with her service . I was able to talk to the manager and he gave us a discount on our ticket band I'm thankful but I still think she might need some more training to prevent this from happening again.

Food was good as usual with cracker barrel, The hostess, Brisedya, was not very friendly. She acted like she would have rather been anywhere else instead of there. Not a good first impression when you walk in. Now the server was a different story, Sandy, was very friendly and she did a very good job. Was attentive and was quick on her job. Always nice to look in their little store to find some little treasures after dinner.

Got there at 9:15 AM we did have a big party ten. The manager happened to be at the hostess stand. When I told there were ten of us I was expecting to hear we would have a wait. I was not excepting an eye roll and we’re going to have to put tables together. While waiting to get the tables put together, they sat at least fifteen tables. So now I am hanging by the hostess stand. They call a second six party to sit. I hear the girl tell them a ten party fell through so they could have that table. I than asked the manager that took our name with the eye roll if they forgot us. She said they were waiting on a table to leave so they could put tables together. At the end of the day it’s eleven o’clock we are getting our checks.
