Chili's is still struggling for help. Seating is mostly only at the bar and not in the restaurant itself (as of April 2022). I give the staff, that does show up to work here, kudos for keeping up with even the smallest crown sitting around the bar. I had basically stopped going here for the past two or so years because this store has been declining in having good wait staff. I believe this is what killed O'Charlies that was just next door to them (now long gone). I suspect this is a Corp. issue and not just a single issue with the local store. The food is good though and that is why I will give them a 3 star. This particular store really needs a good cleaning though and perhaps a refresh soon.
I can only speak about the bar area as you can usually get immediate seating there. The service is extremely personable even if they are slammed. This is one of those places where Drea (and probably Michelle) know everyone's names...I love it! If you learn the happy hour menu and monthly specials, along with free chips via being a rewards member, you can eat well , including a 22-25% tip, for $15.
Just don’t go. I am pretty open to most restaurants and the service maybe not being good. That’s why there is a tip system and I also understand the lack of workers due to covid. But, we had just gotten to this nice area and needed dinner. Most of the restaurants were packed so we just ran into chili’s. My family stood at the entrance waiting to be seated for over ten minutes and not one person acknowledged us. Several workers walked past us and didn’t even look at us. Obviously we just left because we were hungry. I like Chili’s from my past experiences but this one …
Discriminatory against large parties. Came there was a party of nine and they told us we cannot seat you. I understand not having enough help. I offered to split the table and they said no thank you. They just totally refused our business. I will never darken their door again.
Went and got a Togo order. Food was excellent and fixed quickly. Highly recommend this location for your Chili’s Dining. Cara in the take out section was super friendly and helpful. Thank you.
our server & service was excellent. ordered lunch chicken fajitas. for me it had to much cumin & was to bitter to enjoy. black beans were OK. just me but next time I will go for another entrée
This is one of my favorite places to go and not bad for the price. The meal seen in the photos is the Triple Decker, as you can choose from a combination of three appetizers for $13. I went with the two Big Mouth Burgers-- twice the size of a Krystal, with double the meat-- along with Boneless House BBQ chicken wings, and Buffalo Wings with Ranch.Great food, was quickly seated, ~20 minute wait time for food, friendly staff, good value! But if you're a small family, expect to be paying around $40-50.
Margaritas two for one were fabulous! The food was great tooThe only downside was having to sit at the bar to eat due to lack of servers. This is everywhere though so i cannot fault the restaurant for this. Under the circumstances we had a great lunch!
I had to pick up an order for DoorDash delivery and the lady there wouldn’t even acknowledge my presence. After a few minutes I said excuse me and she yelled that she was on the phone. Common customer service is to acknowledge customers. It basically felt like she was ignoring me. We then proceeded to have a back and forth. I couldn’t believe it!PS the takeout order lady with the BLUE HAIR went and hid in the kitchen and we didn’t get our order until a manager came in. BLUE HAIR if you don’t like your job get a new one. ✌?
ordered a chicken salad. had almost NO lettuce and the chicken was so overdone it was chicken jerky.
