Normally wait no more than 15 minutes in the drive through. Almost always order on the app. The staff are all very friendly (it is Chick-fil-A after all). The new drive through set up is a bit of a change but I trust they know best. Dining room is now open so I may have to resurrect our sibling "Third Thursday Breakfasts". (Spencer is great at this location).
I am so disappointed! Expected quick accurate service and my order was wrong! Ordered extra Polynesian sauce was supposed to get 7 got 5. Asked when ordering to charge for extra sauce. Ordered chicken filet original sandwich. Paid for it not in bag when I got home! I am sorry I just expected better. My grandson who Ordered the sandwich would not let me drive all the way over there to pick another up.
This place always makes my food just right and I don't think they've ever gotten my order wrong. ( except for the time we got a free brownie) I don't know what else to write, it's Chick-fil-A.
I really love Chick-fil-A, all of them, but I really have to say this location is slipping along with the Rivergate location. They get overwhelmed and that is when they forget or mess up orders. (Maybe opening more locations will help to serve overcrowded communities before you lose business? I feel a little pressured in today's short fuse society to look for every correct item in my bag when there are 30 cars behind me!) Salads, for example, are not edible without the dressing one requests with them. I am eating a salad to stay healthy so no, I don't want a cookie, brownie, or ice cream for my inconvenience, I want the dressing. They have a disclaimer on the app that says there may be a shortage of ingredients, but still take your order and money without offering alternatives at time of pickup.
Placed a large catering order for a party we were hosting. The order was ready at the desired time, the staff brought the order to the car while double-checking everything, and the food was delicious. Great experience with ordering and the staff.
I have always thought that the spicy chicken sandwich was the best out of all of the competitors and I still feel this way. The waffle fries are something that we have to order two orders of because we always eat one order on the way home LOL
We Frequent this chick-fil-a as we enjoy there fare. We went last night just for peppermint shakes before they were gone. The person taking the order was great we asked for our 2 shakes and a "pup cup" for our dog that was in the car with us. She said not a problem and entered to order.( the pup cup we get all the time at this location) when we pulled around to pick-up our order the shakes where brought to our car. We asked the server about the pup cup and he went and asked his manager he said that told him they never do pup cups. I believe this just to be a manager not want to actualy service the customer.
Chick-fil-a is always awesome! Great food and service. The line of cars waiting to enter was out onto the road but we got our food in about 12 minutes! No problem!
Today I was the car that held up the drive through. My peace is I only ordered 3 item combos. And it did this one time take forever. They even had to come ask me my name a couple of times. Besides this one time. It's super fast and is always good. The kids love it. We love it. Who would of thought a no name chain from the mall would be this....
The food and service used to be second to none. I love going to Chick-fil-A, I have not enjoyed my experiences the past several months, at the Hendersonville location. The past 5 or 6 times that I have been, the orders have contained the wrong items or I have not received all of the items that I ordered. I understand mishaps happen, but it's very frustrating when they become the norm.
