This is Normally one of my favorite places to go but tonight they messed up with me horribly. I ordered curbside and was told that I had .77 cent balance to pay because my gift card didn’t cover the whole balance. I actually payed with card but I payed the .77 cent balance anyway. I got home and noticed my cesar salad that I had to pay extra for was not with my meal! The salmon was not how it usually is and was lacking seasoning and the carrots didn’t taste that good either. Everything down to my daughters apple juice was just awful. I tried calling but the line is busy. I’ve had a long day and was ready to unwind with a good meal. This was disappointing

I invited a friend out for birthday lunch and she chose Cheddar's. We sat at the bar and the waitress/bar tender named Stephanie was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind and she even made a special sauce for the birthday girl because they didn't have cocktail sauce for her shrimp.

Absolutely horrible service! My wife and I were seated immediately however that was the only good note. The woman who seated us was rude and seemed very stressed/busy. We were seated way in the back corner alone with only one other table around us. We waited 25 minutes and our server never came by. Not even to ask what we wanted to drink. I finally stopped someone walking by and asked to see our server and they seemed to not care. Finally we got up and just walked out. Might be short staffed but it was certainly not busy. Will never return.

First off we went there and we waited 45 minutes for someone else to take are name. second off as we got seated and got every thing ordered I got a side salad that came and there was a BUG in my salad ?!!! It was alive and moving until I cut it up I didn’t notice it until my husband pointed it out. After that nobody else could eat we told the manager and he did NOTHING?! He Didn’t tell the waitress at all and after that never acknowledged us after that one are food came it was not hot the broccoli was falling apart with out even trying it or touching it it was like that on the plate. WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!!!

Visited on a Thursday we were seated in the bar area. Jamesia was an amazing bartender and server. The food was hot and very good. Will definitely be giving them a return trip. This visit really changed my opinion of this restaurant.

My Friends and I met for Lunch at Cheddars for Late Lunch. We each got something Different, I got the Chicken Fried Steak, with Mashed Potatoes, another got the Salmon and the Other got the Chicken. All was Good but Not Great. Our Waitress was very Friendly after She got to Our Table and Considering All She was Doing, gave Good Service.

Oh my God. Where do I start? I got a sirloin steak that didn't taste like steak at all and dry a** broccoli that the waitress recommended by saying it was very buttery. My beverage was a coke, no ice and it was very sweet and syrup-y.... not what I expected either. I'm disappointed to have wasted $20. Would not recommend.

It's meh...the hostess was off-putting warning us of only 1 table... right next to fire with TONS of other open tables, our Server Wendy maybe, let our drinks run out with no refill from croissants to app to salad til half way through meal Annnnnnd she was training someone. That's not the way to do it lady...Food was good, fire was hot af and I was sweating with other tables open and service sucked

Party of 2: I choose to believe it was the location rather than the bar that Cheddar’s corporate sets for their locations. We were greeted at the door promptly but waited for nearly 5 minutes before the server arrived to the table with croissants that were literally chilled. Even the honey butter wouldn’t melt. He explained that they were being careful not to over prepare because the business had been so slow. We ordered cocktails and an appetizer. Now we wait. And wait. It wasn’t until we asked about our cocktails that we received croissants that were at room temp AND our appetizer. Still no drinks. Not even a water. FINALLY…The drinks arrived probably 15 minutes into the visit. He explained that the bar tender was managing ToGo orders. The entrees were average at best. However, we rallied knowing it was filling the void that the service was leaving. I will confirm the spinach dip app was the highlight of the meal. We intended to box up our leftover chicken tenders for the pooch. We went to the bar and requested a box. The server didn’t return until we were boxing up the remains. Not even a return visit to ask if the food met our expectations or if we wanted a drink refill. Let me add… A total of 4 tables were set with customers in the entire building. Sad to say… we will NOT return to this location. I’ve had Cheddar’s in Clarksville and Smyrna. Both excellent.

Our 1st visit to a Cheddar's location. When we entered the hostess warned us that there was only one waiter. He was great even if it did take a bit longer than usual. I expected him to be frazzled and possibly cross, however he was extremely courteous and efficient. The food was great and we had a very pleasant dinner. I would definitely try them again.
