5/14/22 around 4 pm. No other customers whole time I’m at drive through. But the fish and shrimp dinner was cold, crusty and awful when I got home with it 5 minutes away, after asking them please to fresh cook it for me. And the Order taker was very rude, unprofessional, and did this intentionally, I believe, because I asked her for the 5 shrimp special she forgot to offer. Had to throw it in the trash. We used to love this place. Your food and mostly the service is no longer good. We won’t be back.
I ordered what was suppose to be a fish sandwich but I have no idea what this shyt was. This did not taste like fish!!! It was tasteless and soggy. The bread was not fresh. Just overall pure garbage. The meat inside was saturated in oil and was a mushy texture that fell apart. I will be reaching out to corporate to get a full refund!!! They either changed the fish or the cook didn't know what they were doing. See for yourself.
The food was awful! The size of the fish was very small. The hush puppies were smaller than a golf ball. French fries, fish and hush puppies tasted like they had been sitting for a while. Never seen the kind of batter that was on the fish. I don’t mind if I have to wait for my order but then I get it and it taste like it was cooked hours ago I don’t understand what they were doing to take so long. I’ll wait for news of improvements before I ever go back! And if that’s really the owner answering these reviews why are you sending people to a different link. You were told! Now fix it or wait till it goes under!

Definitely have to give 5 stars! Accidentally pulled up 10 minutes before closing and they took care of me no problem and no complaints! Food was fresh and accurate and the lady at the window was super nice!
Eat indoors only! Do not Door Dash! For quality food please eat indoors.
When you want greasy fish and hushpuppies. The staff was awesome and funny. Quick service.
Before driving out, I looked up the operating hours. The published hours "closes 9PM." I got to the drive through at 8:05PM. The person at the drive through practically yelled at me that they were closed. I said that their website said 9PM. She said I was wrong, that they close at 8PM, and that they are short staffed. I said that they need to change their website because people, like me (and the person in front of me), had made a trip all the way out to their place of business. The price of gas, by the way, is not insignificant. She said that she had no control over that. Completely unsympathetic, rude. The fact that a store is understaffed is not a license to act unprofessionally.And this was not the first time I dealt with rude staff at this location (for other reasons). If you're the owner or manager of this establishment, get your house in order.
Young lady at the drive thru didnt speak to me. Literally did not speak a word. No hello, no thanks, nothing. Didn’t give me a straw nor a fork, inside was locked due to staff shortage. I like Captain Ds food but come on now, agleast a fake smile and hello
Food was hot and the drive thru was quick considering the long line and the amount of customers inside.
