First timer here. The menu is what I would describe as "would love to try everything" and if I lived in Hendersonville, I'd be at this place every weekend picking a new menu item. It all looks very good. Today I settled on chicken and waffles and got the chicken hot. Wasn't too hot, wasn't mild. Just right! Huge portion, I couldn't finish it! I'll fantasize about this place and it's menu for years to come. Hope I can get back there again someday.
Cafe 393 is an amazing local joint with wonderful food and a great local atmosphere. I was able to drop by on the weekend. This is when they serve their shrimp and grits. Now I’ve had a lot of shrimp and grits in my time but this was one of the best versions I’ve had. It paired great with their roast of black coffee. My one complaint was that there was a little too little shrimp. Other than that an amazing meal.
This morning we went to 393 for the second time.Last time it was very busy with a small wait. Still the food was shockingly fast & very good.This time it wasn't busy but we had the same friendly, fast service!!The chicken & waffle were delicious. Hubby had chicken fried steak, he said it was very good. (A little small) but very good.?We will definitely be back!P.S. If the line out front is long, Fear Not it moves soooo fast.?
We had an excellent breakfast here! It's a really good place for breakfast even if it is a drive, very well worth it!!
First time at this hidden gem. Went in on a Sunday morning. Plenty of parking. Place was pretty full and we received a seat for two right away but had to share with another sweet couple which we were ok with (most tables seat a party of 6 and tables can be split for different parties). Waitress kept our drinks full all of the time and very attentive. I ordered the Stuffed Hash Brown dish with all the trimmings and wife ordered the country fried steak and egg special. Food was delicious and wouldn’t mind going back.
We enjoy a nice country breakfast. The stuffed hashbrown were a real treat. The country fried steak had a nice flavor. We enjoyed the biscuits and gravy. Nice to find a place that knows how to cook sunnyside up eggs without scorching the bottom.

Amazing breakfast! Wish I lived closer to go more frequently. Prices are higher than most breakfast places, but they make up for it in high quality, amazing food and service.
