For a fast food burger place this place was excellent. The workers were very nice and super receptive. The food was damn good too. I had the CEO burger and the fries with the "urban" treatment and it was lights out. The onion rings were outstanding. The shakes were also very good. They do not have this chain where I live so it was a memorable treat. Highly recommend this place.
I love BurgerFi, not only because of the cleanliness of the restaurant but the customer service is great. I experienced BurgerFi for the first time on 1 October 2021 at their Franklin location. The food is amazing. I'm a vegetarian so the Beyond Burger is my go to. But my fiancé tried the chocolate custard shake and he said it was good. So yeah ✨?
As of May 6th they have temporary hours so call before you go. See picture attachedFirst time customer went around 1-2p, parking can be challenging because inside plaza with other business and parking is not labeled for each business. Once inside there was on line I ordered the vegan burger with fries and onion rings for two, price was around $40. Being a vegan for long time food could have been seasoned better as far as burger. Restaurant is very clean inside, great music, bathroom is clean. There is no outside seating. While there I logged onto the app to try and place other order not very user friendly ordered the same meal twice because there is nothing that let's you know order was placed so be careful when ordering because it's hard to get money back no customer service number to call have to email them for refund. But overall experience was good. Still order from time and time and just add my own flavors. Also they cook all the burgers on the same grill "they claim to clean the grill" not sure how true that is when we were there they did not clean before placing the 100% vegan beyond meat burgers on the grill.
Don't know why so many negative reviews. Burger was flavorful and fries were above average. Shakes was really good. Service was good to. Cashier recommended we download the app and I'm glad she did, the burger fi has a good reward system.
Holy. Moly.The. Yummiest. Bacon cheese burger. Ever.Huge and delicious onion rings...not soggy at all.The staff was extremely friendly; the woman at the counter had recommendations since it was our first visit. My favorite was the gentleman who brought us our food; he was funny, kind and helpful.It was a little pricey. For the three of us (3 burgers, 1 order of fries, 1 order onion rings & 3 fountain drinks) it was $48. Definitely not McDonalds prices, but DEFINITELY NOT McDonald's food!
Over priced and lacking! $19.97 for the CEO, CryFry. and coke plus tax and tip. Fries are a distant third to Five Guys and Penn Station. Onion Rings were the high point but still could have used a zesty sauce. I also would have opted for them to be smaller and got more just to make the easier to eat. As for the burger it was just not that impressive for the money. I realize you're paying for SRF beef but it was overpriced for what it is I likely won't be be back of my own accord.
The service is fast but the people are tight. My fiancé ordered two of the Texas style hot dogs but he couldn’t eat them because they were way too spicy, he only took two bite off one of the hot dogs. And the worker who came to our table wouldn’t even give us a full refund.
Outrageously expensive for the quality of the food. $40 for 2 burgers & fries. Fries tasted burnt, burgers were boring & so greasy. It’s a Five Guys knock-off, but at least 5guys fries tasted better than this place. Wish I would have read the reviews before we ate here. Never would have wasted the money.
Better burger than I was actually expecting! A little pricey. Good amount of fries and onion rings. Milkshake machine was down, so I guess I'll need to go back and get one of those.
Store was nice looking, and staff friendly. Food was ok, but not worth what they were charging. Prefer crispier fries. Shakes were tasty. No craft beer or wine yet, but when they do get beer and wine will not be enough for me to return.
