Horrible customer service. Very rude and unprofessional crew. Actually hours of operation are not correct here or on corporate website.
Not even warm. Burgers were at best room temperature. Long wait for very poor quality food. They need to train at the Rivergate location which is always fast and hot!
Messed up order and did not give me back my full refund.
Order wrong and I drove 20mins back home to see it was wrong and had to drive back. They were polite and corrected my order.

The wait was long because there was 1 person doing orders and cooking but we was ok with that our food was hot and may add that the garlic bacon whopper needs to stay on the menu because it's amazing so burger king make it a permanent item please
Breakfast was nasty to say the least. The ham is lunch meat cold cuts and they make it warm and slimy, everything else is somehow less warm, room temp garbage. The sweet tea was described by my 5 year old son as “doodoo water”. I couldn’t agree more. The cheese is messy and the both the biscuits and croissants are flimsy. DO NOT EAT THIS.

Terrible. Slowwwwwww. Apathetic. It would be faster to walk down the street a few miles to Sonic than endure this. Food is wrong to boot!!!
